環境很好，園林式的設計很有江南水鄉的感覺
設施：酒店是新開的，設施齊全，房間衞生很乾凈，有問題打電話到前台都能及時解決，前台的工作人員小向服務熱情

酒店地理位置不錯，服務態度也很好，晚上有燈光秀，我住的是二樓，整體不錯，美中不足的，一是地下停車場在酒店外，雖然有小哥幫拿東西，但是仍然不方便；二是二樓房間也沒電梯……，這個就不太好理解了；三是房間隔音不好，半夜其他房間關門的聲音很大很大，非常影響睡眠。

酒店是園林式的建築，訂到最後一間帶個小院子，有一個小茶台，房間獨門獨院正對着酒店的花園，非常棒，房間也比較新，看到床墊是絲漣的，品質不錯，自動窗簾，床頭有各種充電頭，很方便，早餐取餐的地方略顯擁擠，但是那個白切雞，實在太好吃了，雞肉Q…彈，驚喜哦，有歡迎水果，晚上還送了小點心，唯一就是給酒店的大堂和遊客中心在一起，很多遊客以為裏面是景點，進來轉一圈，感覺不太好，當然，也許是因為酒店太漂亮了😁，酒店出去就是西施故里景區，晚上去燈光特別漂亮，浦陽江上有遊船，還有燈光和舞蹈秀，總之，逛吃逛吃很悠哉，就説，能不能取消臭豆腐攤位，這麼美的地方，這個味道實在是太大了😂😂😂

酒店環境舒適，地理位置好，在西施故里景區門口，鬧中帶靜，停車也方便，吃街的攤檔東西也好吃，咖啡廳環境不錯，大同烤餅好吃。
酒店服務也很好，會幫忙拿行李，房間也大，好多細節做得不錯，晚上回到房間還有甜湯送。
晚上還可以去買遇見西施~浣紗江遊船票，坐着敞篷船欣賞大型水幕燈光融合的真人水台表演~范蠡與西施愛情故事，真的值了，贊贊贊[強][強][強][耶][耶][耶]
以後有機會會再來，適合渡假休閑遊。

酒店在景區門囗，車停地下車庫，但有工作人員接送，感謝！房間挑高三米五左右，開間也寬闊，新中式裝修，搭配新中式傢俱，非常和諧。就連一個落地花盆的擺放位置也是滿滿的安誰感。躺着坐着都愜意。酒店的設計真的是用心了！地毯滿鋪，寶寶在房裡玩也比較放心了。工作人員的服務更是用心備至，小小的一碗赤豆湯有家的感覺。
小插曲:導航至五泄北門，進去後一波上海遊客善意提醒，我們帶着寶寶爬不動六百多級台階的！回到門囗，收票員立馬幫我們祖孫三拍照，發到景區正門。到那邊時，收票員小姐姐象是老熟人了，熱情地和寶寶説笑，甚至門囗的保安都設定了我們的車牌，不用再交停車費了。同樣的故事，發生在前幾天的大都市一景區，由於那天風大降温，寶寶吃不消，立馬出來，僅一、二十分鐘，還收了二十塊停車費！
諸暨，山清水秀；諸暨人，真誠友善！等寶寶長大些，再來諸暨玩，還住這家酒店。

酒店的環境沒得説，早餐也很豐富。敲重點是服務也是相當的給力，出行前一天酒店就聯繫告知怎麼走，因為酒店直接開不到門口，打車到了西施故里那個牌子的時候已經有工作人員等着接我們了。帶着長者出行，又帶了很多的行李，小哥一個人就幫我拿了兩個40多斤的箱子，又幫忙抬到房間，我們退房的時候也同樣到房間幫我們拿行李送我們到出租車上，非常感謝🙏

酒店在西施故里景區裏，是家園林酒店，環境不錯，停車有地下車庫，到了打前台電話有人來接，有歡迎水果，迷你吧，當地的酒，晚上還有夜宵，燈光秀，早餐也不錯，唯一缺點就是隔音效果不好，外面有人説話聽得一清二楚，打掃衞生的阿姨也是很早就在那打掃衞生了，其他都挺好。

沒想到五一假期還有看不見人海的地方，真好！也算是酒店的福利，能在夜遊結束後拍到無人的風景照！西施故里真是個被低估的公園，恬靜美麗，這裏的人都很熱情，真的百問不厭，微笑服務，大大的贊。酒店早餐的小餛飩是我吃過所有酒店早餐裏最好的味道！我還要再來的！

酒店就在西施故里裏面，停車場有專門的停車位，提前一天，工作人員電話我們，要了車牌號，免費停。
停車場需要爬一段樓梯，拎大箱子的有點麻煩。
整個酒店也像一箇中式小景點，晚上西施那裡還有點點燈光表演。
客房打掃還可以，送夜宵水果，。早飯在越小廚，簡單，但是特色也都有了。
有幾個細節蠻好的，一個是充電口，考慮到了新手機，一個是浴室的門，我們想了好久才想通。
