I really loved the ambience and the dinner at the hotel.The view at night was really beautiful and i enjoyed some shopping nearby .

This is without a doubt the best hotel in Zhuji. If you need to come to Zhuji for biz this is by far the best choice.

Everything are good in this hotel , we have 2 room feels very good at all. But the guy in the gym is so mean, to my 17 and 18 years old kids, he came up to them for no reason, make them feel they are stranger not in hotel guest, ask them " what are you doing here ? ? He is so rude and less educated , this is reason i give 1 star, pls ask him do not scare in house guest if they looks young enough!!!

Nice big room. Bath tub 👍. But there is no bath foam 🫢

Hilton's service staff, especially a female manager with glasses and hair in a bun in the lobby bar on the 28th floor, is arrogant in front of guests and has a very bad attitude. Are we paying to see you show your face? Just don't be too funny. Secondly, Zhuji Hilton has a lot of fun. I booked a river view executive room, and called a week in advance to make a note that I wanted a room on the 45th floor facing the river. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel that afternoon, the front desk first said that the room had not been cleaned and asked me to go and see if I was satisfied with the river view room on the 42nd floor. If not, I was given the room type I mentioned. After reading it, I suggested that I still need to make a note. At this time, the front desk told me that all room types were fully booked. From the very beginning, the co-authoring was to deceive customers into arranging a random room for prevarication. Then, the curtain in the bathroom was broken during our stay. It clearly stated that we could change the pillow to a non-feather pillow, but when we actually called to ask for a change, the person at the guest room center repeatedly declined, saying that there wasn't even a pillow. Down pillows are low and soft, which is very unfriendly to people with bad cervical vertebrae! ! ! So I didn't have a good night's rest. There are several other bad experiences at the Zhuji Hilton, so I won’t list them all. I hope it can bring you some reference. The Wyndham Hotel Herui and Xianheng Hotel we stayed at in the next few days were both very good. If you want a good experience, choose these other five-star hotels.
