The biggest surprise was Yulie's service; she proactively helped us with our luggage storage, was all smiles the entire time, and made us feel so warm. Excellent value for money, definitely worth another visit!

The hotel's decor is unique, and the facilities are incredibly well-equipped. The service was also excellent; they were very accommodating and met every request. We booked an Executive King Room, which not only included breakfast but also dinner and afternoon tea. The dinner was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. I was initially worried about my parents, being unfamiliar with the area, having trouble with meals, but the hotel took care of everything perfectly. Thank you so much! 🙏

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. This is my second visit, and the InterContinental Zhuhai is still well worth staying at. The hotel service is excellent. The front desk staff are all very professional, and the service process is well-structured. Bella's service attitude was superb; she checked on my room needs daily and immediately offered solutions to any issues. I was truly impressed. The doormen were also incredibly proactive, always helping with luggage, which I greatly appreciated. Facilities: The room design is outstanding, with a spacious layout. Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet. The bathroom features an independent design with a separate washbasin. The room itself is very large, and the bathroom has two washbasins, all with an elegant and minimalist decor. The desk in the room is perfect for working or jotting things down. I've always loved Byredo toiletries, and this time I even bought three bottles to take home. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was very good, and housekeeping was prompt. Even if I was in the room and had something going on, the hotel could arrange for staff to clean anytime, which was excellent. Environment: The hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, located at the southernmost tip of Lovers' Road South. It's ideal if you're heading to Macau or want to stroll along the coastline. There are convenience stores nearby, but the main shopping malls are a bit of a distance away. Here are a few suggestions: Given the current economic climate, everyone is looking to cut costs and improve efficiency. Compared to my first stay last March, the hotel isn't quite as stunning as before, which I understand. In terms of amenities, the bottled water has changed from Bama Platinum to Jing Tian, and the steam eye masks and fridge magnets seem to be gone. From a detail perspective, previously, when housekeeping saw a lot of paper in my desk trash can, they would proactively leave a fresh box of tissues on my desk. Now, they might be stricter about consumables, as this wasn't done this time. The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, and while seating guidance isn't strictly necessary, the variety of dishes could be richer. For a Zhuhai hotel, there were few Guangdong-specific dim sum options, and no egg tarts or pineapple buns among the Western pastries. The current selections are quite similar to those found in hotels elsewhere. I hope more variety can be added in the future. It's good for the hotel to cut unnecessary costs, but I hope they can enhance practical aspects, such as using a few robots for food delivery to guests. As my favorite InterContinental, Zhuhai InterContinental remains excellent. Its quality definitely matches its price point, and I hope the hotel continues to improve in the future.

BBettleWe stayed at this hotel during the New Year's Day holiday with our child for a trip to Chimelong. It included a 'one-pass' entry to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom (and the Chimelong show), so it offered decent value for money. The hotel service was pretty standard. When we arrived by car, a valet immediately greeted us, helped with our luggage, and directed us to the parking garage. The lobby was quite distinctive, clearly showcasing typical Chimelong amusement park elements. There were a lot of people checking in, but a welcome dance kept my daughter entertained during the wait, which she really enjoyed. Our room faced the ocean and the dolphin pool, allowing us to watch the dolphin show up close. Getting to Ocean Kingdom was convenient with a ferry shuttle, taking about ten minutes. There were many attractions; my daughter especially loved the sea lion surfing bumper boats and the ice cream. The Whale Shark Exhibit was also very popular with kids, and it's the largest aquarium in Asia! I brought my son here ten years ago, and it was quite impressive then too. We watched the Chimelong parade and fireworks show for two nights, which made the ticket price feel worthwhile! Compared to ten years ago, the Chimelong show felt a little less thrilling and adventurous, but they've added more video games and popular cartoons that kids love, which was still a good choice. Hotel dining was available at all times, but the food quality was just average and definitely needs improvement. Overall, it was still a great experience, and the trip was well worth it!

MM372811****I highly recommend the Artyzen Habitat Zhuhai! It's just a 2-minute walk directly to Hengqin Port, making it incredibly convenient for trips to Macau and Chimelong. The rooms are clean and spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Macau. The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable, and the free minibar drinks are a lovely touch. The staff are warm and attentive; they even helped collect a package for me and were flexible with my check-out time, which was super helpful. The buffet breakfast is extensive and varied, and the facilities like the gym and outdoor pool are excellent. The public areas are full of artistic flair and perfect for photos. It offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai.

GGuest UserThe twin beds in the room could have been pushed together, but the carpet was too grippy to move them. The room itself was nice and I slept very comfortably. The layout was well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area, and a bathtub. I really liked the hotel's pool; the water was 29°C, so it wasn't painful to get in even in such cold weather. There were plenty of towels, and the staff provided excellent service. There's a clean and bright supermarket right next to the hotel, which was convenient for shopping. There's also a mall, but it's quite empty with only a few stores, though it's sufficient for finding places to eat. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Hengqin Port and Chimelong, but it runs on a fixed schedule and requires advance booking. However, a taxi ride there only costs about 20 yuan. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and there was plenty of seating.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's exterior is very distinctive, with eye-catching penguin-shaped towers and a colorful aurora-inspired facade that perfectly captures an Arctic ocean vibe, truly beautiful. Our room was filled with charming penguin-themed decor, feeling cozy and playful. They even provided kid-sized slippers and toothbrushes, which was a thoughtful touch. The children's amenities were comprehensive: a bed rail, kids' bathrobes in the closet, and a thoughtful step stool and child toilet seat in the bathroom – every detail showed how much they care for their little guests. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant was an even bigger surprise; not only could we dine while watching adorable penguins, but the food selection was incredibly rich, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, plus a huge variety of desserts. Our concierge even sent us the park show times, and she was always there to help with any questions. After a day of fun, we didn't have to rush around; we could quickly return to the hotel to rest, and our child could recharge for the next day's adventures. Whether it's a family trip or a gathering with friends, we'll definitely choose the Penguin Hotel again next time.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience, deserving of praise on many fronts! Firstly, the ambiance is exceptional. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, the European-style colorful architecture nestled within lush gardens makes you feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale village. The sun shines brightly during the day, and the lights glow warmly at night, allowing you to enjoy both the cheerful excitement of the park and the tranquil serenity of a retreat, truly healing all weariness. Secondly, the accommodation was wonderfully comfortable. The rooms are simply elegant, with fresh and refined soft furnishings. Opening the window reveals excellent views of either the gardens or the park. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is great, letting you drift off to sleep peacefully after a long day. The bathroom is clean and fresh, with pleasantly scented toiletries, showing attention to detail at every turn. Thirdly, getting around was flexible and convenient. No need to rush; you can walk to the Chimelong International Circus and Ocean Kingdom. The early access privilege allows you to easily hit popular attractions without feeling like you're constantly rushing from one spot to another. You can plan your itinerary at your own pace, fast or slow. Finally, the dining options are diverse. The breakfast spread is rich and exquisite, with coffee, tea, and full meals available, letting you savor your morning leisurely. In the afternoon, the lobby bar's afternoon tea is both beautiful and delicious. Before check-in, she proactively communicated about our travel needs, recommended a suitable room type, informed us about hotel benefits and注意事项, and even shared lesser-known photo spots and quiet relaxation areas, perfectly aligning with the relaxed vibe we sought for our short vacation. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, reminded us of breakfast times and shuttle bus information, all in a soft-spoken manner that made us feel incredibly comfortable. After check-in, she didn't intrude but was always there to respond promptly when needed. If we wanted park guides, she'd meticulously organize them; if we preferred a quiet floor, she'd quickly arrange it; her afternoon tea recommendations were spot-on. Upon returning from our excursions, she'd thoughtfully remind us about resting and pointed out the best spots for fireworks viewing, making our vacation even more enjoyable.
