MM2h2vl49u****I had a very satisfying stay! I stayed for one night, and it happened to be right around Christmas, so the hotel's decorations were truly eye-catching. Especially in the evening, you could even catch the sunset in the lobby 🌇, which was absolutely stunning. Looking out at the art center was incredibly beautiful! The hotel's cleanliness was excellent! The room maintenance was very well done. It seemed like the hotel was fully booked the day before, as there were a lot of people when I arrived, and I had to wait quite a while for my room. However, the hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful in coordinating everything. And despite the wait, the quality of the room's cleanliness didn't drop at all, which was fantastic! Definitely worth a thumbs-up 👍🏻 The hotel facilities are very comprehensive. There's a beautiful, large outdoor pool with a terrace! There's also a delicious Chinese restaurant, the food was great 😋 The service was superb! At first, I was quite unhappy because my room wasn't ready, but the front desk staff had a great attitude and worked hard to resolve the issue. They followed up throughout the process, truly reflecting Marriott's high standard of excellent service! I will definitely choose the Jinwan Huafa Marriott Hotel again for my next stay in Zhuhai.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. This is my second visit, and the InterContinental Zhuhai is still well worth staying at. The hotel service is excellent. The front desk staff are all very professional, and the service process is well-structured. Bella's service attitude was superb; she checked on my room needs daily and immediately offered solutions to any issues. I was truly impressed. The doormen were also incredibly proactive, always helping with luggage, which I greatly appreciated. Facilities: The room design is outstanding, with a spacious layout. Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet. The bathroom features an independent design with a separate washbasin. The room itself is very large, and the bathroom has two washbasins, all with an elegant and minimalist decor. The desk in the room is perfect for working or jotting things down. I've always loved Byredo toiletries, and this time I even bought three bottles to take home. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was very good, and housekeeping was prompt. Even if I was in the room and had something going on, the hotel could arrange for staff to clean anytime, which was excellent. Environment: The hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, located at the southernmost tip of Lovers' Road South. It's ideal if you're heading to Macau or want to stroll along the coastline. There are convenience stores nearby, but the main shopping malls are a bit of a distance away. Here are a few suggestions: Given the current economic climate, everyone is looking to cut costs and improve efficiency. Compared to my first stay last March, the hotel isn't quite as stunning as before, which I understand. In terms of amenities, the bottled water has changed from Bama Platinum to Jing Tian, and the steam eye masks and fridge magnets seem to be gone. From a detail perspective, previously, when housekeeping saw a lot of paper in my desk trash can, they would proactively leave a fresh box of tissues on my desk. Now, they might be stricter about consumables, as this wasn't done this time. The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, and while seating guidance isn't strictly necessary, the variety of dishes could be richer. For a Zhuhai hotel, there were few Guangdong-specific dim sum options, and no egg tarts or pineapple buns among the Western pastries. The current selections are quite similar to those found in hotels elsewhere. I hope more variety can be added in the future. It's good for the hotel to cut unnecessary costs, but I hope they can enhance practical aspects, such as using a few robots for food delivery to guests. As my favorite InterContinental, Zhuhai InterContinental remains excellent. Its quality definitely matches its price point, and I hope the hotel continues to improve in the future.

GGuest UserCheck-in and check-out were both quick, and the staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and efficient. The location is excellent, close to Macau, and there are frequent shuttle buses to the park, getting you there in just 5 minutes. The room was a pleasant surprise; it was spacious with a great layout, exquisitely decorated, and had fantastic natural light and ventilation. The floors were clean, the view was nice, and the carpeted floors made it very quiet. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows offered good support, providing us with a comfortable resting environment. It's worth noting that the soundproofing in the room was excellent; even with many guests, it was very quiet at night. For dining, there were plenty of options. The early buffet had a wide variety, and the breakfast buffet was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western pastries of good quality that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's recreational facilities were abundant and practical. The children had a great time in the safe area of the water world, and the indoor heated pool was very well-maintained and clean. During an evening stroll, the flamingos in the seahorse area and the hotel's dolphin pool were both lovely sights. The service was commendable; the butler responded promptly and effectively. Overall, even though it was a last-minute stay, the details and service left a lasting impression. We would definitely choose Hengqin Bay again if we have the chance, and we look forward to our next visit.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.

Everything in the room was neatly arranged, and the bedding was soft and cozy, ensuring a truly restful sleep. My sleep quality improved significantly, and I woke up naturally every day. Housekeeping was very prompt, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The staff were also very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel's overall atmosphere was wonderfully warm and playful, from the lobby to the hallways, filled with charming penguin-themed elements like penguin-shaped trash cans and signposts. It felt like stepping into a fairy tale, which really brightened my mood. The complimentary luggage storage service at the concierge was incredibly practical. After a day at the park, I didn't have to drag heavy luggage to my room; I could just store it and head straight to relax, which was super convenient.

LLililililiI booked this hotel because I was going to a concert in Macau and wanted to cross over from Hengqin Port. It was surprisingly good! First off, the location is amazing. It's really close to the port, and it only took me 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the Broadway Macau stage – super convenient! The room isn't huge, but it's very clean. There's a long enough area to put your carry-on luggage, easily fitting two open bags. There's also a sofa and coffee table area, which was perfect for late-night snacks, haha. The soundproofing for the room door isn't great, though. The breakfast is small but refined. Not a huge variety, but the taste is good, and the shao bing (sesame flatbread) was surprisingly delicious. Room service was very responsive. One day, I forgot to remove the ”Do Not Disturb” sign before heading out, so when I got back to my room around 11 PM, it hadn't been cleaned. After calling room service, they immediately sent someone with towels and water and did a quick tidy-up. So thoughtful! Check-in and check-out were both quite fast. I really loved the scent in the hotel lobby; it had a luxurious spa-like feel. I'll definitely stay here again when crossing through Hengqin.

This trip to Chimelong with my family was made twice as enjoyable because we picked the right hotel. Even before walking in, I was drawn to the brightly colored European-style architecture at the entrance. Adorned with circus-themed decorations, it looked like a whimsical castle from afar. The lobby was even more atmospheric, with gigantic circus-themed installations,卡通 sculptures everywhere, and occasional clown interactions and magic shows. As soon as we entered, we were enveloped in a joyful atmosphere, and my child clapped with excitement. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and a full range of toiletries. What was even more thoughtful was the provision of children's slippers, toothbrushes, and a toilet seat – every detail showed great care. Pulling back the curtains, we could even see parts of the park, offering a fantastic view. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, truly the 'golden hub' of the Chimelong resort. It's just a few minutes' walk directly to Ocean Kingdom, making it effortless to stroll back to the hotel after watching the night fireworks show. Getting to the Circus Theater is also very convenient, saving a lot of time by not needing to squeeze onto a shuttle bus. The dining experience was also a pleasant surprise. The buffet breakfast offered such a rich variety that it was hard to choose – hot dishes, cold cuts, desserts, and fruits were all available. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and there were even clowns interacting during meals, which both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed. What's even more noteworthy is the hotel's service. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless. The staff were warm and patient; seeing us with elderly family members and children, they proactively helped with luggage and guided us. The housekeepers were also very considerate, tidying the room spotlessly every day and even folding towels into cute animal shapes. It's truly hard not to love a hotel that combines such aesthetic appeal, convenience, and attentive service! Next time I visit Chimelong, I will definitely choose this place again!
