The environment is poor, the smell is bad, there is no sound insulation, the facilities are old, the walls are stained, there is dust on the table, and the bedding is not clean. What a waste of money to buy sin.

雖然我定的是特價房（不是新人也得110呢），但是剛去就給了我一個沒清理的房間，（拿着錢去任何一家酒店都不會有這種情況。）客房跟前台的溝通真不怎麼樣咯，跑去前台，給我換的房間剛進去就看到床頭爬的蟑螂，人都麻了，床上還放抱枕？（不是睡的枕頭，那味道不是一般上頭，還放在床上），空調還會漏水，到了晚上蟑螂又爬出來了，真的再也不會因為近，去選擇這樣的酒店了。。。

衞生臟，到處都是污垢，走廊曬着內衣內褲，一次性洗漱用品毛巾水壺馬桶那些臟得我都不敢去使用。環境差，房間密閉充滿煙味、臭味令我呼吸不暢，毫無隔音效果，晚上很吵難以入睡。設施破舊簡陋，房間裏面連基本的抽紙，礦泉水都沒有，電梯也是超級爛，一不小心就會被夾到。服務也是很不專業，臟亂差！

酒店在七樓沒熱水，開了很長時間都沒有出熱水，最後自己燒水洗澡洗頭。隔音很差，有打麻將打電話什麼都有一清二楚，中途被吵醒很多次，太痛苦了，很差的體驗，如果評分星級有負分，我要給到最低分
