Hotel is perfect for kids. Theme parks, shows etc very impressive. Be prepared to do a lot of waiting. We went during the Easter long weekend and waited between 30 mins to 1 hr plus for rides so just gave up and watched the animals and shows instead. It's noisy, in your face but a lot of fun for the kids. Food generally is very average and over priced. We found going into the various restaurants in the theme parks to be a better experience. Everything is in Chinese. No English maps. Staff were all so wonderful. Super friendly and helpful.

The room package included buffet breakfast and dinner as well as the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship 2-Day Tickets. This package is really valuable and highly recommended. The room is spacious and clean. The room decoration is also very cute and suitable for children. Will come back again.

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

The location is great, just few minutes walk to the park, it should be the nearest one.
The dinner buffet is too crowded but the food still ok.

Rooms old. Carpet has lots of stain. AC was cold. Breakfast was ok. Variety of selections. Staying at the hotel gives u access to enter the park an hour early. Got the fast pass, also but it wasn’t worth it. Didn’t really need to use it as there’s not much of a line in ocean kingdom. Firework was kool with the drones also. Spaceship park was good since it was indoor, however, way too many field-trip from schools and the park close at 6pm. Way too early.
