IntercityHotel Zhuhai Hengqin Tianmu River

This time, after visiting Chimelong Zhuhai, I chose Hengqin Intercity Hotel for a two-night stay as a过渡 to Macau. My original plan was the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin, but I ultimately switched to this hotel due to its better value for money. The hotel just opened in February this year, so the decor is brand new. Upon check-in, I received a one-category room upgrade, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. The location is just okay; it's directly across the river from the Grand Hyatt Hengqin. A taxi to Hengqin Port takes about 10 minutes, making customs clearance quite convenient. The hotel lobby and guest room areas are distinctly separated, and the flow feels a bit disconnected; I suggest adding more directional signs. The breakfast quality is average, but the minibar is regularly restocked, and the robot delivery for takeout is quite convenient. However, the laundry room only offers washing facilities, with no drying equipment.

The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeper Zhu Jiale was attentive and enthusiastic, even helping us upgrade our room. The location is convenient for getting around. Overall, our stay was a perfect 10 – highly recommend!

The front desk staff, Siyu, provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the room had a fantastic view. Free parking was a big plus, and the overall environment was great. It's a newly opened hotel and I'm very satisfied! 👍

Siyu is super nice, the stay was comfortable, highly recommended. Zhuhai is definitely worth visiting, and I'll stay here again next time.

The overall quality was great, very clean with complete amenities. The price was also good. The soundproofing was excellent. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Came here for an electronic music festival. The initial price difference really bugged me. I ordered takeout, and it arrived at 12:50 PM, but I had to go down and get it myself at 1:50 PM. The front desk explained that the robot was offline. I find this unacceptable. The robot was offline for an hour and nobody noticed? I called the front desk three times with no answer. In the end, I had to go down myself to get my food, and it was already cold. Then, regarding laundry, I was told I had to take my clothes down to the front desk to get them washed, but when I asked other staff, they said they could pick them up from the room. The service just isn't up to par, and the staff training is clearly lacking; everyone acts like it's their first day on the job.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Siyu at the front desk provided excellent service, and the surrounding area was also great. Highly recommend!

Zhu Jiale at the front desk was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it was quiet and pleasant, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
