Grand Ocean View Hotel Zhuhai

As a frequent hotel guest, I was genuinely impressed by this hotel this time. Back in April, during a business trip, the outdoor balcony design caught my eye, and I decided to come back in July to experience it – I wasn't disappointed. As a doctor, hygiene is my top priority, and the hotel's cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. There wasn't a speck of dust on anything inside the room, nor on the elevator buttons. Kudos to the housekeeping team! The environment is super nice. The room layout is grand and comfortable, with high ceilings. All the plants are real and very well-maintained. The food was incredibly delicious! Breakfast was abundant, and my friend and I also had lunch at the 4th-floor restaurant, which was excellent. Highly recommended. The staff's service attitude was very warm and welcoming, especially Nina, who proactively called to ask if I needed any other assistance – incredibly thoughtful. The complimentary travel photography session was also fantastic. The photographer was very considerate, constantly complimenting me, and the photos turned out great. It's a shame it rained this time, so I couldn't do an outdoor shoot. I'll definitely try that next time.

This five-star hotel truly offers great value. From the hardware to the design, it's clear a significant investment was made. The room layout and the decorative greenery are meticulously arranged. Upon check-in, we received complimentary drinks in the mini-bar, coffee capsules, and plenty of bottled water. The gym is quite large, with top-notch, international-brand equipment. The outdoor pool is also beautiful. My only minor complaint is that the treadmill video display was a bit slow to respond while running, and there were no foam rollers for stretching. The presence of plants in both the rooms and the gym shows a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich for a five-star hotel. It's rare to find such a wide variety of high-quality options. Service: The service quality was impeccable, and staff were very polite and helpful when answering questions. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness standards were also excellent, and opening the window allowed fresh air in. Overall, everything was quite good, especially the hotel's location. It's right by the beach, with a mall next door, making dining very convenient.

We chose this hotel for our family trip with our child. When my child went downstairs alone, I was really grateful to the front desk and reception staff for looking after them. The hotel's service and facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is also very generous. The hotel also offered a travel photography service, and the photographer was fantastic and very professional. The shooting process was very enjoyable. It's perfect for families with kids who also love taking photos.

Let me start with the pros. The front desk upgraded me to a sea-view room, which was beautiful and very clean. I could watch the sunrise directly from the balcony, which was lovely. The gym equipment was also top-notch. The downside was the unclean swimming pool. Shortly after getting in, both of my children started having a yellowish discharge from their eyes, and they both developed a fever the night after swimming the next day. A blood test at the hospital confirmed a viral infection. Since we didn't go swimming at the beach and our activities were confined to the hotel, it's clear the unclean pool water was the cause. Also, for a hotel located right by the beach, it's surprising that there's no self-service laundry!

This hotel offers the most comprehensive and amazing views of Zhuhai! You can see the Sun & Moon Bay, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the Fisher Girl statue, and the beach and sea, all from here. The infinity pool is also fantastic. Next door, at City Balcony, there's a large shopping mall where you can take a cable car, and a ropeway slide...

Stayed at Wanghailou again, and this time the view was even better. Opening the balcony door, the entire bay was right in front of me, and I could even see the Sun & Moon Bay in the distance. The hotel is super close to the beach – just cross one traffic light and walk past City Balcony, and you're there in about 6-8 minutes. It's perfect for a relaxing trip where you just want to chill at the hotel rather than rush to sights, because a daily stroll on the beach downstairs is incredibly therapeutic. All the hotel staff are very professional; they help with luggage when you arrive and leave, and every staff member I encountered greeted me with a friendly smile. Personally, I think the service at this hotel ranks among the best of all the five-star hotels I've stayed at. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuhai.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Zhuhai trip. They upgraded our room for free when we checked in, and the room was spacious and comfortable. They even gave us a fruit plate. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. Especially Sasa, she deserves a five-star rating! We'll definitely stay here again next time.
