An older hotel with great facilities and a pleasant environment, super convenient for beach access. The bedding is very comfortable. Lewis at the front desk was very nice; he arranged a great room for me and explained everything thoroughly.

The room was clean and the service was warm and attentive. Any issues were promptly addressed. Westin truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing luxury hotel, with a comprehensive range of facilities. The food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious! My daughter devoured a whole plate of stir-fried clams, haha. The only minor drawback might be that the indoor pool's water temperature was a bit chilly for a three-year-old, though it was fine for adults. It would be great if they had a warmer pool specifically for babies. Additionally, it was very convenient to visit Putuo Mountain for Buddhist worship and also very easy to get to Changqiao Ocean Park. Both the elderly and the children had a wonderful time. We even saw a huge rainbow on the beach this time. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Putuoshan. We consistently love it; the service is excellent, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Putuoshan.

My kids wanted to see the ocean and play in the sand, so after looking around, we chose the Westin. It's about a 5-minute walk to Dongsha Beach. The hotel is a bit older, but it's very clean and well-maintained. The staff were all really warm and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special but not bad either. Our room had an amazing sea view. My kids said they'd love to stay here again next time. Overall, we're very satisfied.

When we checked in, Chelsea was incredibly thorough and gentle, efficiently completing our check-in. She even took the initiative to go over the activity board in the lobby, explaining all the details for Dongsha Beach: opening hours, ticket check locations, sunrise viewing times, and entry points. She thoughtfully reminded us about buying tickets for the beach and using our ID for entry, saving us the hassle of looking up information ourselves. The hotel's facilities are top-notch: a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby with luxurious marble decor and landscape paintings, offering bright and airy natural light. The lobby display area showcases the brand's signature Heavenly Bed, custom linens, and bath products, allowing you to feel the quality of the bedding firsthand – no wonder it has such a great reputation for comfort. Thanks to its location near the mountains and sea, you can head to the beach right outside, creating an amazing 'sleeping by the sea' ambiance. The overall service was attentive, and the environment was elegant. It's perfect for both a beach vacation or a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhujiajian, Zhoushan!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at The Westin Zhoushan. Eden at the front desk was very efficient with check-in. The balcony faces Dongsha directly, so you can enjoy the sea view right from your bed, and the sunrise is beautiful on clear days. The bedding is comfortable, and there are both soft and firm pillow options. The shower has good water pressure, and hot water comes quickly. Soaking in the bathtub was very relaxing. The first round of the mini-bar is complimentary, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. Indoor Pool: The water temperature is consistently around 28 degrees Celsius, so it's not cold for swimming, and the water is very clean. Children's Facilities: The kids' club has a slide and an ocean ball pit with soft mats on the floor, which kept my child entertained for a while. Breakfast: The freshly made seafood noodles are a signature dish, with a rich broth and plenty of ingredients; the Zhoushan wontons have thin wrappers and fragrant fillings. Fruits like watermelon and mango were replenished quickly. The egg station offers freshly made omelets, and the coffee is freshly ground. Breakfast until 10:30 AM is very accommodating for leisure guests. Environment and Surroundings: The hotel has well-maintained gardens and neat lawns, perfect for an evening stroll. The back gate leads directly to Dongsha Beach; you can enter for free by scanning your ID, and it's just a two to three-minute walk. The sand is fine and soft, ideal for digging. Turning left out of the hotel, there's a street with food stalls within a few minutes' walk, making dining very convenient. Parking: Free parking is available, and there are plenty of charging stations, making it EV-friendly. Overall, the stay was hassle-free. The facilities are well-maintained, and the service is natural and attentive. Eden's service was efficient and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Zhoushan.

Fantastic hotel, no complaints except for its distance from the pier. The hotel itself is grand and elegant, with spacious rooms. We were upgraded to a front-facing sea view room, and the view was incredible. It's a shame we couldn't watch the sunrise from bed due to the weather, but everything else was perfect. Getting a taxi out was also very convenient.

The environment here is fantastic: there's a huge garden that connects directly to the beach, and the hotel itself is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a natural oxygen bar. As for the service, this is my second time staying at a Westin, and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade my room and even gave us complimentary beach passes.

This is probably the best hotel in Zhujiajian! As soon as we arrived, a staff member greeted us at the entrance and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. Check-in was super smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Dongsha Beach is right outside, and the hotel has a private access, which was great for the kids. The room itself was lovely, very spacious with a gorgeous view. Sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. They also have a kids' play area and a swimming pool! Breakfast was excellent and very varied; even if you went a bit later, dishes were always replenished promptly. Overall, a fantastic experience! 👍

Upon arrival, she proactively opened the door for me, helped with my luggage, and was incredibly gentle and polite. When I asked about the beach, how to get to Putuoshan, and local dining recommendations, she answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, offering many practical local tips. Her professionalism and attention to detail made my vacation exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks to her!
