This is a newly opened hotel with a great location, making it very convenient to get around. The spacious lobby lounge on the first floor is a comfortable spot to wait for people or transportation. The laundry room has three washer-dryer units, so there was never a wait – a huge convenience for travelers. Plus, staff even help bag your clothes after drying, saving you more time. The room's layout is very well-designed. Despite a large table, it doesn't feel cramped, offering a comfortable space for eating takeout or enjoying tea together. The TV offers screen mirroring. Despite ongoing subway construction downstairs, the room was incredibly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. This, coupled with the superb bedding, ensured I fell asleep instantly. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even received a small gift upon check-in, and they graciously accommodated my request for a late check-out. Truly appreciate their excellent service.

This is a new hotel. Location is subjective. It is a good location based on the price point, with a short taxi ride to a nearby neighbourhood for a wide choice of dining. Ask the team who will guide you via WeChat. This hotel is new with a lot of new technology. When you go up to the floor, you just need to scan the card, you don't need to look for a button to press. The treadmill in the exercise room comes with new technology. Washing machines also have an automatic laundry detergent application. In-room has a motion sensor night light. Huge TV. I like the smell of the shower gel. Voice-activated curtain, air-con and TV. The only questions I have are for people who don't speak Mandarin Chinese: how to activate the voice-activated function. The curtain can only be fully closed or opened. The curtains cannot be opened halfway via voice activation. No In-room phone. I cannot call to Front Desk via voice control too. In general, a good experience.

The hotel is ideally located, with parking available right next door. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic natural light, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable. All the essentials were well-stocked. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, definitely deserving a big thumbs up! A major highlight is the abundance of attractions nearby. With large, bustling shopping malls, it's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring. We arrived via the light rail station, which was only about a 10-minute walk away, making transportation extremely convenient. The front desk staff were excellent and incredibly patient. What's more, we had booked a Superior King Room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a better room type for free. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Zhongshan Xiaolan!

Very busy front desk but a great stay overall. Walking distance is about 700m to the Hing Cheong Junction and the bridge where the heart of tourist spot. Would be great to walk along the riverside in the evening but sweaty in the summer day day. Would recommend. To stay

Reception staff is very polite and friendly. Response to our request of non smoking room is professional. The only unsatisfied point was the guest that was smoking inside the elevator.

I came here to check out the new hotel. The overall decoration is simple Japanese style. The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are quite complete. The front desk also gave me a tea bag aromatherapy when I checked out. The overall experience is very good.
