JI Hotel Properties in Zhongshan

The best hotel in Zhonghsan. Location is the best. Stuff was very helpful, especially Lyao Fei Fei, Zhou Die. Thank you for the comfortable stay, everything was amazing!

When traveling with my child, I usually opt for well-known chain hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour. This time, I chose Ji Hotel again, and it's by far the best Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was excellent as always. The hotel is by the river, and our room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an unobstructed view of the river. My child was incredibly comfortable, happily rolling around on the bed. Their laundry room was an absolute lifesaver for a mom traveling with a child in the summer. My little one can go through three or four outfits a day, so being able to wash their clothes promptly and thoroughly, then dry them until they were warm and cozy, made our stay so much more enjoyable. Our happiness levels definitely soared!

The room was massive, even a standard room felt huge. There was so much space I could easily get my workout in without even needing to go to the gym. It was very clean, and they provided a generous amount of bottled water – half at room temperature, half chilled. This kind of thoughtful service from Hanting (Quanjii Hotel brand) is really appreciated. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the food tasted good and the dining area had a nice ambiance. The location was excellent; pretty much everything you could need was within walking distance. The only downside was that when I ordered something for delivery, the courier wasn't allowed to come up to the room, so I had to go downstairs to pick it up. I understand it's for security reasons, but it would be great if there were an alternative solution.

This hotel is really great! It's clean and bright, with new and smart facilities. The location is super convenient, right on the main road connecting the east and west sides of the city, and close to the outer ring road, making it easy to get to Zhuhai. There are three large shopping malls nearby, and restaurants and tea shops deliver takeaways quickly. The lobby downstairs is spacious, and the elevators are elegantly decorated. There's also a co-working area, and you can pick up or drop off packages right near the front desk. The breakfast spread is excellent, I really enjoyed it!

Overall, everything was pretty good. On rainy days, there were a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor, so they should really step up pest control in the surrounding area. Breakfast was just okay. The parking lot doesn't have charging stations, which isn't great for new energy vehicles. The room had no bad smells and they provided nice tea sets, but the tea itself was just tea bags. It would be nice if they could offer some higher quality tea, even if it's for a charge, to give more options.

Our original booking was for a twin room, but due to a change in plans, we ended up in a family room, which was an amazing upgrade! Facilities: Very new and excellent. Cleanliness: Great, very clean. Environment: Excellent, loved the unique scent of the All Seasons Hotel. Service: Fantastic, the front desk staff, both men and women, were all very polite and offered service with a smile. The only minor suggestion is that All Seasons doesn't provide conditioner with their toiletries, and their shampoo can be quite drying. It would be great if they could introduce their own brand of conditioner to go along with it in the future.

Traveling again, I feel very good. It didn’t take long to open when I first came. It’s been three or four months now. I feel that there are quite a lot of improvements. The service awareness is better now. The room is still good. The front desk gave us two breakfasts. Thank you very much for your enthusiasm. The breakfast is warm, normal food and clothing is no problem, if I come to this place again, I will still choose this hotel, the front desk service is warm and chatting, I feel the warmth of a place, what I need, the front desk can complete is very positive, What can't be done will be explained to me very well, thank you again for your warm attitude 🥰

The room was very new and clean, the room was large, the staff was good, and the overall was very good.

Reception staff is very polite and friendly. Response to our request of non smoking room is professional. The only unsatisfied point was the guest that was smoking inside the elevator.

The new store is different, and the overall exceeded expectations. The check-in at the front desk was very fast and the attitude was gentle and professional; the room was a new all-season 5.0 style, the log color was clean and refreshing, the bedding was moderately soft and hard, the soundproofing was good, it was not noisy at night, and I slept very well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, no smell, small refrigerator and intelligent guest control, office charging is also convenient. The hotel is in the core area of the Torch High-tech Zone. It is very smooth to drive to Zhongshan Station and the surrounding industrial park. The free parking space is enough. The laundry room and gym are very friendly to the continuous stay. There are breakfast Chinese buffets. Business travel is worry-free and quiet, and I will stay here next time I come to Zhongshan Port.
