維也納中山東區利和廣場店位置很偏僻,根本不是在利和廣場附近.距離利和廣場至少要步行30分鐘以上.
酒店裝修新,歐洲式傢俱及油畫佈置,,.
我入住豪華双人房,房間空間大,有露台,
空調及冷熱水淋浴都滿意.
自助早餐有中西點心和食物.
房價$340連兩份自助早餐,性价比高.

房間舒適 停車場方便 有陽台曬衣服方便 衹是提前入住一直未能享受到 停車也是免費的 免費停車必須到一樓大堂掃碼 如果有更方便客人的方式最好了。

以往已多次入住維也納酒店（多個城市），此次入住總體感覺免費停車場車位多，處在馬路邊的位置還算安靜，衞生尚可，設施與其它維也納相比雖説是2020才開的但進入房間就見地磚裂紋有點瑕疵，其它的都一如以往住過的兄弟店

這真的是我住過最差的一個酒店，第一天辦入住前台沒有任何提示説不打掃衞生！
第二天在酒店宅了一天沒見人過來打掃，心想會不會是因為我在怕打擾到我，所以不過來打掃，當時沒有在意。
第三天出門上班，晚上下班回來看到垃圾還在，紙巾用完了沒換。打電話問説為什麼不打掃衞生，經理理直氣壯：“我們不打掃衞生！因為疫情嚴重怕交叉感染！垃圾要你自己打包好放門口！”我説：“那你生活必須品得給我換吧！紙巾、水、毛巾全都不給？”
後面讓一個人抱着毛巾和水過來了。
第四天依然沒有水和 抽紙、垃圾袋也沒有，跟前台打了電話説送一下，前台是個女生，還質問我水是額外要的嗎。 接着一個男的將水和散裝抽紙丟垃圾袋裡扔我門口，然後瘋狂拍門。氣不過問他們：抽紙這樣散着丟在垃圾袋裡給我覺得合適嗎？後面也沒有給我送新的抽紙來。
第六天，我發燒了，燒了一個晚上，早上實在難受起不來，跟前台好説歹説求她給我送一杯牛奶，前台堅定跟我説衹有她一個人，餐廳兩個人沒辦法幫我送，必須要我自己下去拿！！
沒有任何人情味，精打細算為自己節省成本不考慮客户感受。要不是工作太累肯定會選擇換酒店！垃圾！！

做為酒店的前台，而且還是維也納酒店，這麼不懂禮貌嗎？辦入住的時候好像在教我做事？我是花錢來住的，不是來看前台臉色的。希望貴酒店管理層可以重視一下前台的服務工作！！！
