Although the weather is a bit hazy, on a clear day you can still clearly see the lake island and riverside scenery opposite. The hotel is very close to Beigu Mountain and can be reached on foot. It is a bit far to walk to Xijin Ferry and Jinshan Temple, but the bus is only 2 stops (3 stops) and 5 stops respectively, which is very convenient (Zhenjiang bus is 1 yuan). Taking a taxi to Xijindu costs about 8 yuan, and taking a taxi to Jiaoshan costs about 12 yuan. I am very grateful to the hotel’s customer service manager, Manager Tang Gan. When we asked about the problem, he was very enthusiastic. Service, Crown quality. The breakfast in the hotel is very rich, and the executive lounge on the 23rd floor has a good view. It is quiet and suitable for slowly enjoying the river view. The overall experience is very good. I will choose to stay at Crowne Plaza Zhaohe next time if I have the opportunity.

The location is very convenient, next to Zhenjiang Station, it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, and there are many choices for eating nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is attentive, breakfast is purchased separately, 20 yuan/person, and there are many varieties. Unfortunately, my big bed room is made up of 2 beds. The bed is too soft and feels not so comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance from the train station and many restaurants and stores in the area. The breakfast was really delicious and the variety was a good balance between western and Chinese. The rooms were a little small considering the price, but they were very clean. There was a problem with the AC system, because the settings could not be changed from heat, and we were getting extremely hot. The bed was so comfortable. It made us want to sleep so long. The front desk clerk was not very friendly or welcoming. He kept coughing and therefore was a bit hasty to check us in. Overall, I would say the stay was enjoyable purely for a few amenities, and I would recommend the hotel, but not for a long stay.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

The room is a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the wind fluctuates from high to low, which is very serious. It is guessed that the fan is faulty and it feels very uncomfortable to use. 2. The sprinkler is severely blocked, causing the water to flow quickly and thinly, and the body feels very bad, so it needs to be replaced. In short, the service attitude of the personnel is good, and some equipment is not well maintained. We hope to improve in time.
