Honestly this is the best hotel I stay during my whole trip in China. Once I enter the lobby to check in they serve us with a tea. One of the lady also know how to speak some English which is good for foreigners. They don't really question us that much regarding our visa like any other hotel. The lobby is also spacious and very nice interior. The room I book for 3 people is so big too it can fit for 4 people. We were given the 8th floor so we get the view of the front of Nanshan. The laundry area is really nice, everything is there! The laundry detergent, the iron. And what I like the most is they have laundry services in which the aayi will help you do your laundry and even fold them for you! 🤗 In our room we also have a sofa which is great! I also ask for a late checkout but they don't have problem with it at all. After check out they gave us another bottle of water. Overall this is the best hotel I've had so far and will definitely stay here again when I came to Zhenjiang!😍 5 STAR!!

The room is spacious, the bed is 1.5m and it is very comfortable to sleep on. The service is very good and responsive to all requests. The coffee and tea are Atour's specialties, produced in Yunnan, and are very delicious. I will choose Atour next time.

Atour Hotel is just like a fake. I seriously doubt the management level. Such a chain cannot even guarantee basic hygiene. The TV network is broken, the remote control is broken, the kettle is scaled, the TV wall is moldy and black, the floor of the bedside table is full of dust, and the bedside is dirty.
