Hotels in Zhengdong New Area, Zhengzhou

The old toilet clogged in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, and they couldn't offer a solution and even asked if it was urgent... I wouldn't be calling in the middle of the night if it wasn't urgent, right? It's understandable that no one could come to fix it since it was so late, but they couldn't even provide a plunger. Is the point of having someone on duty just to sell rooms? It was very unprofessional and inflexible. After much back and forth, they reluctantly gave me a spare room key to use the bathroom temporarily. The next day, they called me at 7:30 AM saying they could unclog the toilet, but someone didn't arrive until after 8 AM. The cleaning lady came in and immediately started lecturing us about what we threw in there. Seriously, so speechless. The cleaner was saying their toilets weren't good while simultaneously accusing us of throwing toilet paper in. Unbelievable! The front desk really needs better training, and the cleaning staff needs some boundaries!

This is definitely the best pet-friendly hotel in Zhengzhou in terms of environment and facilities. I've already stayed here three times. It's excellent, parking is free, and overall it's really good.

The young lady at the front desk of the hotel has a very good attitude. The decoration style of the room is simple and warm, the dry and wet separation is very convenient, hygienic and clean, and it is very convenient to have a shopping mall opposite. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with a simple yet stylish decor. The room facilities are complete, and the toiletries are of good quality. The cleaning staff were very meticulous, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had a very comfortable stay and it's definitely my top choice for business trips or travel.

Staying at Vivi was a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room they arranged for us was lovely – clean and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the entrance to Lines 4 and 5 of the subway, making travel super convenient. The lobby on the first floor offers complimentary tea, and if you order takeout, a robot can deliver it right to your room. They even have free late-night snacks on the second floor. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Corn Building, so it's a nice walk there after dinner. Parking is also easy.

An exceptionally comfortable experience! This hotel was the perfect choice for my business trip to the Expo Center, and the experience was fantastic. The room design was modern and minimalist, and most importantly, it was incredibly clean. The bedding, especially the zero-pressure mattress, was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had. There's a tea bar on the second floor, where I met with my clients. The meeting with over twenty colleagues the following day was also held in the hotel's conference room. Frankly, the decor and atmosphere were excellent, and the service was very satisfactory. The front desk and room service staff were professional, efficient, and proactively inquired about our needs. I should also mention that the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being just one stop from the Expo Center and close to Zhongzhou Avenue, making it easy to get around. There are also many dining and shopping options nearby, and transportation is convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. The shower water pressure was consistently strong, which is very important! The complimentary laundry service was also a big plus. This is my fourth business trip to Zhengzhou, and this was the most satisfying one. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This time I booked for a friend. The friend said that the hotel is very good, the front desk is warm, the price is affordable, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. If you go to Zhengzhou next time, you will stay there.

The room was a bit dry, so if you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend bringing a humidifier. The environment was great, though I didn't really leave the room much. As for facilities, there are lots of good restaurants nearby, and having a mall right downstairs was fantastic – delivery was super fast!
