As a mid-range hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group, it perfectly balances quality and value for money, making it especially suitable for business travelers and families. Smooth and Efficient Check-in Experience The front desk staff were professional and friendly, proactively offering a welcome drink for members. From check-in to receiving my room card, the entire process took no more than five minutes. Guest Room: Attention to Detail I stayed in a King Superior Room, approximately 30 square meters, with a well-thought-out layout: · Excellent bedding quality, with a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. · The workspace was equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a multi-port charging station. · The mini-fridge provided cold water. · The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. · Good soundproofing; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Dining and Facilities The breakfast selection was rich, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and the local specialty, 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), were particularly impressive (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM). Excellent Location The hotel is located near Zhengzhou East Station: · A 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was good, there's still room for improvement: 1. The in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow during peak hours. 2. There are no shopping facilities nearby, making it inconvenient for shopping.

Fantastic room on a high floor, super close to many attractions and popular foodie spots. It's also conveniently located near a high-speed rail station and a subway station. The room was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly affordable. If I ever visit Zhengzhou again, I'd definitely choose this place! Plus, there are lots of snacks available right downstairs.

Very satisfied, the bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. It's also very close to the East Station. However, there was only tissue paper at the vanity, none by the bed. So at night, if I needed a tissue, I had to go all the way to the bathroom. Also, one side of the bed didn't have a nightstand or an outlet, which made charging my phone a bit inconvenient.

It is a good hotel, but the access is slightly complicated. There are too many cars parked outside the main entrance. The check-in was fast, and people in the lobby spoke English. The hotel is in good shape; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the aisle and room (like humidity). During the night shift, the personnel do not speak English but make an effort to communicate in one way or another. The room had a great view to the city and it is a quiet room too.

There was construction nearby, which was mentioned in the booking confirmation. However, it didn't affect our stay, and it looks like the area will be well-developed in the future, with many buildings under construction. **Service:** The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming during check-in and check-out, even giving little toys to our child. Parking for self-driving was very convenient; after registering, getting in and out was easy. **Accessibility:** It's very convenient to get on and off the highway, which is a big plus for families driving, and why we chose it. **Room:** The facilities are quite new. They asked about our child's age beforehand and prepared the bed in advance, which made our child very happy upon entering the room. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the family room offered amazing night views. **Dining:** The buffet offered a rich variety of dishes, including local specialties. I particularly enjoyed the braised noodles. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends! 💐💐💐

The hotel is situated in a commercial building that rented out by floors to hotels. The hotel is 10 minutes from the railway station and 10 minutes to the metro station. They provided disposable face and bath towels on top of the normal hotel towels. The rooms are clean but the house keeping needs to be improved as they don't clean the toilet daily. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has excellent soundproofing and the surrounding area is very quiet. There's a snack street downstairs in the evening, and it's close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around.

Convenient location with comfortable rooms The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with several restaurants nearby and a convenient shop on the first floor. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were polite and thoughtful, adding a nice touch to our experience. The only downside was the breakfast — some of the food could be improved in taste.

This is definitely the best pet-friendly hotel in Zhengzhou in terms of environment and facilities. I've already stayed here three times. It's excellent, parking is free, and overall it's really good.

The old toilet clogged in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, and they couldn't offer a solution and even asked if it was urgent... I wouldn't be calling in the middle of the night if it wasn't urgent, right? It's understandable that no one could come to fix it since it was so late, but they couldn't even provide a plunger. Is the point of having someone on duty just to sell rooms? It was very unprofessional and inflexible. After much back and forth, they reluctantly gave me a spare room key to use the bathroom temporarily. The next day, they called me at 7:30 AM saying they could unclog the toilet, but someone didn't arrive until after 8 AM. The cleaning lady came in and immediately started lecturing us about what we threw in there. Seriously, so speechless. The cleaner was saying their toilets weren't good while simultaneously accusing us of throwing toilet paper in. Unbelievable! The front desk really needs better training, and the cleaning staff needs some boundaries!
