I really like the service here and the name of this hotel Zhengzhou is a international city. This hotel gives me a better impression of China. I love it here Doris Zang is very charming the e-cigarette I forget here the hotel called me and kept it carefully for me

説實話，從接待引領看房到退房結賬服務都還算不錯的，前廳也有電話回訪，之所以給差評，是因為前台入住登記時，説讓我在攜程網上預訂的退掉，在前台直接現付，可以給我免費升級客房並送早餐券一張，結果免費升級是要加錢的。我攜程網預訂的就是含單早，需要加錢才升級我肯定不願意，前台的小夥子一句那你還住不住，頓感尷尬，對於這種不為客户考慮，衹為自己牟利的一種服務宗旨和理念。本人無法接受。你用給客人免費升級為藉口，實際上是讓客人加錢，而且在攜程這邊又不用再去付佣金。這種行為有違商業道德。這種行為OTA上稱為切客，屬於違規行為，應該會受到處罰。如果沒有這麼一出，直接給我辦入住，我想會是一次好的入住體驗的。

跟男朋友出來玩必住華住會 我真的太愛華住會了 每次都是住全季來着 後來發現這個新開的店 今年裝修今年開業的酒店 這是華住旗下的 簡直太新了 智能馬桶特別好 還有床業很軟 還送了免費的水果 一進來大廳的味道真的很好聞 沁人心脾 前台小姐姐很好説話很温柔！ 真的住慣了這種乾淨高檔的酒店就住不下別的了 每一處每一個細節都做的非常好 非常人性化 非常温馨 享受到它的全部 而且拖鞋都穿着特別舒服 毛毛軟軟的 總之就是住的特別舒服 還免費延遲到了兩點退房！！服務和住的體驗都一絕！！真的好愛華住！！！！！！！

早餐豐富，停車方便。服務態度特別好，非常滿意，尤其是辦理入住時候前台的女服務員，也特別熱情。不足之處，房型不太規整，燴麪沒有羊肉，房型也看不出來高級和豪華的區別，但是服務態度彌補一切，推薦大家入住！

城際酒店的位置非常好，酒店門前就是公共汽車站，四通八達，距離高鐵站也很近，酒店周圍餐飲、休閑服務、銀行、超市應有盡有。
酒店房間寬敞、舒適，室內設施齊全，冰箱內有多種冷飲，小型咖啡機可以提供茶以外的選擇，酒店的早餐品種多樣，就餐環境舒適，晚上還有精緻的宵夜，最令出差在外的人欣喜的是酒店內設定的免費洗衣房，洗衣、乾衣立時完成。
