Radisson Blu Zhengzhou

Booked this for a friend who was visiting, and they've stayed at this hotel many times before. They're always very satisfied. The only thing was that the room was too hot yesterday, but I contacted the front desk and they quickly brought up a portable air conditioner. Really appreciate that! 🙏 Will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room's air conditioner was broken from the start, completely failing to cool anything. In this sweltering heat, it was utterly unbearable. After contacting staff, someone came to repair it, but after more than an hour of work, the air conditioner still wouldn't budge, still not blowing any cold air. What's even more frustrating is that I couldn't get any rest all night, severely impacting my sleep and plans for the next day. As a hotel, failing to guarantee even the most basic facilities is appalling. I hope they can improve their equipment maintenance and emergency response capabilities in the future, so that other guests won't have the same terrible experience.

I couldn't get through to the front desk from the landline in my room. The WiFi in our room only showed one signal or had no signal at all. When I finally got through on my cell phone, the woman there had a terrible attitude. It was the worst service I've ever experienced in a hotel. If you don't want to work in the service industry, then don't. I told her there was no signal and she acted like she didn't owe her any money.

The room was old, the carpet was covered in hair, and there was loud singing from the park across the street. The breakfast was mediocre. When I went, there seemed to be a conference going on, and the price was significantly different from usual. I wouldn't recommend it.

Facilities: The facilities are somewhat outdated; the rubber seal on the toilet door was peeling off, making it difficult to open and close. The wooden furniture inside also appears a bit old. Cleanliness: Fairly clean Environment: The environment is acceptable Service: Service is acceptable
