Facilities: Very comprehensive, even has a washing machine. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Excellent. Environment: The surrounding area is quite bustling but not noisy. Food delivery also arrives very quickly.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and spacious, with excellent facilities. They offer a wide selection of free TV channels. The hotel has various room types, and if you need to do laundry, you can WeChat the front desk to request an empty room with a washing machine. It seems they also offer daily room cleaning service; while I was out at the museum, the front desk called to ask if I needed my room cleaned or new toothbrushes and towels. I really appreciated that they consulted me first instead of just entering my room – excellent service! Plus, there are many shops downstairs where you can dine or buy daily necessities, which is super convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The room was very clean, and the sheets had a fresh, disinfected smell. It was well-ventilated and quiet, with excellent soundproofing. I appreciated the latex pillows and the full-length mirror. This hotel offers great value for money; it's the most comfortable I've stayed in at this price point.

It was pretty good. There are a lot of great places to eat downstairs, and the facilities are also nice. I'll definitely book again if I go next time. The service was also good; there was a small hiccup in the middle, but the staff even gave us a gift.
