It was just so-so. The carpet wasn't so clean that you'd feel comfortable walking on it in slippers. Everything cost extra, including a deposit upon check-in. This was the first time I'd encountered a hotel that required a deposit in over twenty hotels I'd stayed at. The slippers weren't disposable; they charged 30 yuan to take them with you. You could ask for two bottles of water, but getting more cost extra. Basically, everything charged extra, so I ended up buying a lot of water to stock up. I asked for extended stays for cleaning services, but even though they didn't change the sheets, it wasn't just a quick vacuum and a quick fix... The whole process took less than five minutes. I even had to call the cleaning lady back to wipe the table. I was stunned 🙄... However, the heating was quite warm enough to wear short sleeves, so it was okay. It just felt like flying on a budget airline – very stingy. 🥲

My hotel is a big spender in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. As a Henanese, I like this 👍. I am very pleased to stay in this hotel during the May Day holiday. It is clean and business-oriented, with complete facilities and the mattress is very comfortable! ! ! Three exclamation points, annual stay card, continue next time! !

With my mother and children, I specially booked a four-star hotel because I wanted to eat well and live well! This hotel is labeled as four stars, but the environment and service do not match it very well. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, but it took me a long time to check in. I said my computer was stuck, so I answered the phone and tried to do it, but I had to wait for a long time! The next day breakfast was said to end at 9:30, but when we arrived at 9:00, the cakes and fruits were gone! There are more than a dozen varieties in total, including steamed buns, flower rolls, vegetables, eggs, milk, but no meat, basically all vegetarian!

上午逛完博物館回房間取東西準備退房的時候，發現房間門是開着的，房間裏面燈是關的。詢問前台後被告知“應該是保潔阿姨收拾了房間沒關好”，但是房間沒有打掃過的痕跡，告知前台，前台詢問有沒有丟貴重物品，得知沒有後回覆説他們查一下，當時着急趕高鐵就退了房，後續酒店方面沒有任何解釋、説明和道歉，這件事就不了了之。 大大小小的酒店也住過很多，第一次遇到這種情況
