The room was spacious and bright, comfortable and clean, and the service was warm and attentive. The location is excellent, quiet yet central, and right next to a park with lots of beautiful flowers. It's perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening.

Room layout was awkward with clear glass around shower and toilet, fully visible to everyone on the top floor. Sensor light would go on when someone got up in the middle of the night. Staff did not help with heavy luggage upon arrival.

All staff is kind and sincere. The hotel location is a little bit far away from the subway station. But no problem because we can use DD conviently. But the staff is required to use English.

Very high quality hotel and very helpful staff. The front desk was very courteous and greeted us every time, helped us with bags, and assisted with every need. Our baby had a GI issue during the trip and the cleaning staff helped to clean everything promptly. Our stay was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would come back again.
