This stay was absolutely perfect, I'm genuinely a huge fan of this hotel now! From the moment I checked in, I could feel the staff's professionalism and warmth. The front desk service was meticulous and efficient, and they communicated patiently and kindly. Any requests were addressed promptly, and the attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, with tidy and comfortable public areas that create a great atmosphere. My room was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were high quality, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The soundproofing was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all, which guaranteed a fantastic night's sleep. The room facilities were complete and well-maintained, the layout was practical, and the lighting and ventilation were superb, making for an extremely comfortable stay.

Great location, very close to the Big Corn (referring to the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, which resembles a corn on the cob). The room was very clean.

Minibar drinks: Absolutely nothing. Welcome fruit, specialty drip coffee, and tea bags: A complete scam. Environment: Poor soundproofing, not cleaned thoroughly, a musty and smoky smell. The 'scenic room' is just a room with a window. It's located in a mixed-use building, with all sorts of people around, which feels unsafe. It doesn't feel like a hotel at all. I have no idea where the good reviews came from. Breakfast: Feels like a rip-off. A few stalks of celery delivered to the door.

The room was in a high-rise building. I arrived after 10 PM, and they called me before I got there. I felt the service was excellent; they proactively checked in with late-arriving guests, which was a nice touch! The room's decor was a bit different from the online pictures, but the real-life resemblance was high. Anyone with a good eye could spot the difference between the actual room and the filtered photos, but I'm not going to dwell on that! Mainly, I want to praise the service. Even though there weren't many staff members, they were all very enthusiastic and accommodating! This is a small but exquisite hotel that's definitely worth recommending!
