真是別提了，總體來説，服務態度真的沒法表達，總之極其惡劣。我一般不給差評的人，實在都忍不住了。整條街，就他們家用電是自己的電別人家都沒事，就他們家，一晚上停了好幾次。之前出去吃飯，回來，被攔住，説停電了，上不去。讓在門口等着。説是十幾分鍾，一等半小時。問她整條街怎麼沒事，服務員説就他們是自己的電。而且態度極其惡劣，問的愛答不理，就一句，不願意等了，你們就退房吧。如果不是一大早六點就起床開車從河北過來，十幾個小時，折騰累了，絕對把房退了。還看你這臉色。中間來電了，上樓剛進電梯就停電，往外跑，差點沒把人夾在電梯裏。服務員過來，跟什麼沒發生一樣。幸虧沒被傷着，不然真的出事。一點安全隱患都沒有。

酒店應該是鳳凰古鎮條件最好的，新酒店起點很高，設施都比較超前，一共八層有電梯，布草都是自己在洗，算是私人酒店中的佼佼者，位置就在古鎮入口，停車方便。但是服務就有些差強人意，我訂的特惠房，首先沒有標明衞生間在室外，圖片也不真實，到店後一直質疑我在哪訂的，因為特惠房早已下架，但我的訂單確實已經確認，而且當場查看依然可訂。我下午到店由於房間沒有收拾出來讓我等了一個小時，通知我可入住帶我去的是一個需要補差價的標間，告訴我原先訂的特惠房已作為倉庫若要入住現在才開始收拾，後來我向**，平台給瞭解決方案，補了差價住了標間，才發現這是個最差的標間沒有桌子，又協商換了有桌子的標間，整個下來感覺不停地在溝通，很累。我想説的是，貸款開酒店的確不易，但請眼光放遠些，再大度一些，多贏得些口碑，生意才會越來越好，良性發展，祝酒店更紅火，更興隆！
