"We were passing through Zhaotong on our way to northern Yunnan and chose this hotel to stay. The staff is the best thing about the entire place. None of them speak English (like 98% of China), but they're smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. The hotel is cold; when we arrived, our room was freezing. Finally, toward evening, after some issues with the air conditioning turning on and off for no apparent reason, we managed to warm the room sufficiently. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The hotel is a bit out of the way of the rest of the city, but it depends on where you're going."

"It's not far away from the highway, but the surroundings are not deserted and there are places to eat. The room was super clean and tidy, with a great view. There was a faint scent of washed linens in the room. The parking lot is quite large and parking is free. The service was also very enthusiastic, and a bottle of homemade rose tea was given as a gift."

"The room was clean, tidy and cozy. The front desk lady was very friendly and attentive. There was also free tortoise jelly and ice cream, which the children loved. I just felt that the quality of the hair dryer in the room was too poor. The temperature would be extremely high after a while. If you could get a better quality one, it would be perfect."

"My stay at Atour this time was very comfortable overall. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft, and the pillows were just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly and even proactively informed me about the laundry room and breakfast times. In the evening, there was complimentary congee and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the taste was good too. The location is convenient for getting around, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time."

"the hotel owner drove us back to hotel in Zhao Tung, this hotel is quite good and the room is very big on the highest floor. So far the trip is very good. The national park we visited has excellent scenery, nice driving us to all scenic spots, the hotel room is nice and warm. Overall is excellent."

"The stay experience exceeded expectations and the overall price/performance ratio was super high. The hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to travel and eat, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, and the attitude is gentle and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, the bedding is odorless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water supply is stable, and the toiletries are complete. The room has good lighting and ventilation, good sound insulation, and a stable rest at night. The cleaning aunt cleaned meticulously and responded promptly to needs. The public area is elegant and the corridors are clean and odorless. The overall facilities are well maintained and the price is full. It is suitable for business trips or travel. I will choose this one next time I come to the local area. I really recommend it!"

The decoration style feels like a provincial meeting ten years ago, and it also feels like a meeting of the times, haha. Hygiene: This is a compliment. Although the facilities are old, the cleaning and sanitation are still very solid, and there is no slackness of the old hotel at all. Environment: Of course, the hotel has the advantage of convenient transportation. It is in the old city but not noisy and noisy. Living on the high floor is very quiet. Service: This needs to be improved, because it is a famous hotel, and it is a holiday. There are a lot of guests staying in, but it is handled manually throughout the process, resulting in a long queue of guests at the front desk. It is recommended to install several automatic face recognition machines at the front desk. We have seen them in other hotels in Zhaotong, and the check-in efficiency has been greatly improved. "The room was clean and tidy, the service was good, the room was quiet, the mattress was very comfortable, and the rest was very good. I have not stayed at the all-season hotel before, but I heard that the all-season hotel service was very good. We passed by Zhaotong that day. Doubao recommended us to stay at this hotel. The service was very good. The most moving thing was the breakfast the next day. The children just lost a tooth because they changed their teeth. They didn’t eat anything else. They wanted to eat bread slices. It happened that the hotel didn’t have breakfast. The staff at our next desk cleaned up (the front desk said that it was their manager, A very tall and friendly man) heard that he also made a special trip to buy two packs of bread slices for the children, we wanted to pay and refused, really touched! Husband also said that this man is the best business card in the city. Finally, I want to talk about Zhaotong, the city is very clean and beautiful, and I will definitely go again if I have the opportunity!"
