吧枱的吸頂燈壞了 半夜每隔十秒就閃一下 整個房間都亮一下 沒法睡
凌晨五點多鐘被閃爍的燈亮醒了 一直睡不着難受得很 打電話給前台 説“燈關了還在閃”
前台説叫一個維修人員上來看 上來看一眼説自己不是維修工衹是值班門房 處理不了衹能換房
又打給前台 前台一會説這都早上五點了不好換房 一會説燈是點不着嗎……請問“燈關了還在閃”這六個字是哪裡聽不清楚，反而指責是我沒説清楚，還嫌我事多一樣，“你都這麼説了能不給你換嗎”。
天吶 憑什麼你設施壞了影響客人休息，你給不瞭解決方案，還要住客去犧牲，受你前台的氣。最後語氣一直很不好地説讓等一下 又讓我自己去前台換房卡，也不溝通要把我換到哪。服了，是想讓全世界都知道你們設施壞了，修不好，還讓客人大半夜穿着睡衣下去你前台領新房卡？好在家人就在隔壁，不然直接都不敢住了，這酒店的服務態度真跟***一樣。
最後那個“維修人員”又上來一次把所有燈打開又關上，吸頂燈終於不閃了，靠玄學解決了問題。就算我自己谷歌 谷歌都能告訴我是接地線沒接好，太危險了這裏，以後不會再靠近一步

有一説一，有好有不好，包入住時説要高樓層給我們了，但是阿姨收拾的時候太匆忙好多一次性物品都沒給全，我們又去問她要。那個被子又小又薄，打去前台叫多送一張最後也沒送，晚上蚊子還不少。最後最不愉快就是冤枉我們用了他們的一次性毛巾從按金里扣了，其實正常來説沒有人有現成毛巾不用去拆開那個帶包裝要錢的毛巾的，其實就是阿姨收拾房間的時候不仔細忘了放，就非説是我們用了，雖然最後在我們據理力爭下還是給我們退錢了，但是體驗感就一言難盡了。
