由於是VIP，酒店幫我們免費升級了豪雙。感謝！房間寬敞，整潔，雖然設施陳舊，但齊備。但是，床鋪一股黴味，實在難以入睡！！其它不一一細述了……

房間偏小，但衞生間很大且水壓很夠哈，有浴缸
空調製冷慢了一點，還好沒太大噪音
周邊是舊城區沒太多人和飲食，十五分鐘車程周邊就很多，步行15-2分鐘到江邊風景不錯
管理上是老牌酒店風格，設施偏舊但也可以接受

整體環境還不錯，住的也是開心，一連住了好幾天，但是對於出差的人來説缺點是房間挺小曬不了衣服，空調也吹不幹，這些都是小問題，就是被個別前台影響到整體的入住體驗了，加錢升級房型卻被告知住原房型就行！錢白花，而且不願意解釋，衹是甩鍋給銷售！

實力喜提一星好評
① 夏天空調不製冷有噪音，桑拿房一樣，壓根睡不好，不如家裡躺。
② 服務態度差，晚上九點入住聯繫換房和維修到十二點，當然了，衹稍微涼了一點，早上六七點又被熱醒。反應問題過程中，酒店的態度呈現出是我的問題太多。
③ 設施老舊，綜合體驗所謂“四星”不如“三星”酒店。
（圖片中，10°是設定温度同時也改不了；28°是室內温度，體感温度就不曉得了；）

房間的被單感覺有點味道～酒店開業很久的了，老式是正常的。不知道那個中央空調是不是也跟着一起老掉牙。如果是夏天入住大家可以免費蒸桑拿～打了電話換房間，小姐姐服務態度很好，還幫我們去試第二間房的空調是否有涼意。雖然第二間的空調也是壞的。但是態度點個贊。我們也不麻煩人家了，畢竟很晚了。再説説那個早餐，大家千萬不要買有早餐的房間，等你下樓去吃，發現吃的都是不知道什麼垃圾，今天去逛了一圈，衹有三四樣能吃的。什麼粥，麪包，還有什麼蒸糕，水和白色物體分離的豆漿，豬見了都搖頭。真是垃圾～做不起早餐就不要做，做壞自己的招牌ok？退房的時候和小姐姐説了早餐一言難盡，小姐姐看着我的表情也是一言難盡～心照啦！經常回肇慶的我，估計不會再去第二次這家店了！當然也衹是我個人的想法～有鼻子塞的小夥伴，冬天的時候還是可以入住的。夏天就慎重考慮考慮。
