Zhaoqing Hotels & Accommodations

Booked two rooms. Apparently our two single-beds room is bigger and came with a refrigerator. Our queen bed room’s washroom is way smaller and did not have a refrigerator. But overall experience is good.

White Swan is divided into three areas: A, B, and C. We live in area A which is quieter, but it is very noisy when the door is closed. The room has obviously been renovated and is very clean. Many of the electrical settings are unreasonable. There is a plug in the wardrobe and 3 on the luggage rack. The electrical settings have not been changed at all after the renovation. It is troublesome to go to the toilet to boil water. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for our tourists to travel and is very close to nearby attractions. The staff are very polite, especially the cleaning lady and the breakfast buffet staff, who are very responsible. It's also good to have a self-service laundry room. Fortunately, not too many guests need to use it, otherwise only 2 would not be enough. The buffet breakfast doesn't have many types, but it's delicious, especially the raw pork porridge. You must try it.

-- Hotel advantages: 1. The hotel is very new, the decoration is modern and fashionable, the hardware facilities are also very complete, and it is very comfortable to live in! 2. Our room type is: Tongmeng City View Child-Mother Room, which contains a 1.8-meter large bed + a 1.2-meter small bed. The style of the room is warm and cute, full of childlike fun, with a small tent and a small wooden horse. There is a bathtub that provides a duck family with toys (a big yellow mother duck and two ducklings), which can be placed in the bathtub to play. The two kids spray water on each other and have a lot of fun! 3. The hotel is strategically located: close to Qixingyan Scenic Area; directly connected to Xinghu International Plaza (large comprehensive shopping mall), and there is another shopping mall next door; downstairs is Qixingyan Archway, Musical Fountain, Archway Park, Xinghu Cruise Ship Terminal, Bauhinia Xidi Cultural and Creative Street, Food Street, Children's Paradise, etc. It is very close to any gate of Qixingyan Scenic Area by driving or taking a taxi from the hotel. Staying here can easily kill 2 days! 4. The viewing platform on the 7th and 8th floors is so surprising! On the 7th floor, you can sit and drink tea and enjoy the view, and then go up to the 8th floor, which is a very wide terrace. From here you can directly see the front and side of the musical fountain, and have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Qixingyan! 5. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety, high quality and value for money! 6. I was given a fruit plate as a gift, and I have to praise it. The fruit is very fresh and sweet, and it’s really delicious! 7. The outdoor swimming pool on the fourth floor is very beautiful and can be seen from the window as soon as you come out of the room. It is very pleasing to the eye! -- Areas for improvement: The swimming pool on the 1st and 4th floors. After exiting the hotel door, I didn't see any instructions. I was at a loss as to how to enter the swimming pool. It's really just a matter of simply putting a sign there: Please enter the pool from the gym on the right. The lack of such a reminder caused trouble to the guests. --Other information that can be shared: 1. Regarding how to visit Qixingyan Scenic Area, I personally recommend taking a wetland park cruise, because this project includes multiple itineraries of boating + visiting 3 islands, and the content is relatively rich. And you can watch and feed up close: flamingos, red-crowned cranes, swans and many other birds and animals. This is much more interesting than simply looking at mountains and rivers!

A very nice hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright. It is equipped with tea. There are also some small facilities, such as rubber bands for dental floss to tie your hair. Although they are inconspicuous, they are very practical. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and makes people feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It is equipped with free charging cables, free drinks, etc. The breakfast buffet on the fourth floor has a good environment and the food is okay. A great stay experience, I will come again if I have the chance.

Pros: Good location, probably in the city center, very lively. There is a shopping mall next to it, and there is a large supermarket in the shopping mall. There are many places to eat around. The service staff are friendly, the room is relatively large, and the decoration is very warm. There are welcome red envelopes and small candies. There is a Shunjing Hotel on the fifth floor, and the morning tea and snacks are delicious. Disadvantages: The facilities may be older, the room phone is broken, the TV cannot be connected, and the air conditioner has almost no wind. The staff came to fix it once, but the phone and air conditioner couldn't be repaired. The TV was connected, but the TV couldn't be connected again the next day. In addition, Ctrip booked a check-out at 14:00. We went hiking and checked out at 15:00, and a late check-out fee of 100 yuan was charged. Although it was our fault that we checked out late, the room price was only over 400, which felt late. Charging 100 yuan for an hour is too expensive.

The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, the environment is very good, the greenery is very well maintained, it looks like a vibrant hotel! There is a parking lot at the door, and many parking spaces are still free, which is great! The security guards will help carry the luggage, the temperature will be measured at the door, and they are well-trained! The front desk service attitude is very good, the name praises the front desk Xiao Yu, the people are sweet, and helped to upgrade the room! The room is a zero-pressure room, the bedding is very comfortable, and the room with a bathtub is really worth the experience as the evaluation said! ! The breakfast is also very rich, basic, very nutritious and delicious, there are leaders in white uniforms patrolling, very formal, praise!

The location is quite convenient. You can walk to the Archway Square at night to see the musical fountain. There is a pier where you can also take a ferry. It is close to the Xiti Night Market. Health: OK Facilities: Hair dryer, disposable slippers, toothbrush, comb, etc. 6 rooms have no refrigerator Service: Not bad. If you come early, you will be given a room card for early check-in.

Wonderful! My 2 nights vacation at Sheraton Zhaoqing Dinghu was outstanding! I upgraded my room once I arrived to the deluxe suite with was worthwhile! Emma and Dior were kind enough to come get me from the train station because the taxi drivers were difficult to communicate with and I was not sure where to go for DiDi pickups. Emma took very good care of me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She made my vacation so much better and I’m extremely grateful! The room was absolutely gorgeous and I was extremely comfortable! The staff was kind and friendly while the food was delicious! I had a lovely 2 nights vacation! I’m looking forward to visiting in the future!

The size of the building of this hotel is impressive , the lobby design was extremely impressed . The size of my bedroom was great ! The check in was a disaster Food was a joke ! Starting From breakfast , it was disorganized, no system at all , food was nothing to write home about ! Then my lunch , the wanton noodle was such a joke that even the senior staff of the lobby restaurant was agreed with me that the wanton noodle “just the look “was not right . She ended up gave me a box of the famous Zhaoqing sticky rice as present ! The biggest disaster was the Thai fried rice on the 7th floor the Thai restaurant !! I have no idea why such a beautifully situated 5 stars hotel has got such terrible food outlets and no expert chefs !! All these food problem was on 29th breakfast , lunch and dinner . My room was 6332 , unfortunately one morning at 7.35 on 29th June I was woken up by the workers on the 7th floor due to renovation. I cannot put all the details of my experiences from check in till the end of my evening meals on 28th and 29th June . I love the view of the hotel so much that I stayed extra evening booking through the hotel web site for 29th June

Very good 👍 simply excellent! The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiters in all positions have a strong sense of service! In particular, the little sister on the 9th floor who serves the housekeeping department with short hair in short braids and a Zhaoqing accent works very seriously and cleans very well. Stayed for 4 days and both of our guest rooms were kept very clean every day. The bed is very good to sleep on, with moderate firmness and softness. The room is spacious, has good lighting, and has a good view. You can see Qixingyan. Thank you to the hotel for sending us such a good room (932/933). Sound insulation has always been based on character. Apart from this factor, I think the sound insulation is very good. I can't hear sounds from upstairs, outside the door, or next door. The hotel is located in the city center. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Qixingyan Archway, juice shop, roast meat shop, Yuman Garden and Song City Wall. There is also a cinema and supermarket downstairs. The restaurant ”Hao Ge Jia” on the second floor also produces good food at affordable prices. There are delicious coffee, KFC and bakery on the first floor, which is very convenient. Free laundry and drying are provided on the 9th floor. There are two washing machines with a capacity of 6.2 kg, so you can't wash too much. The dryer runs for 2.5 hours at a time, so don’t dry too much. The hotel provides convenience for everyone, but we also ask everyone to use it with discretion and cherish the public facilities. My personal approach is to wash children's quick-drying clothes by hand, and only put cotton clothes in the washing machine. It is a hotel with such excellent hardware and software. I hope it will continue to operate next time I come to Zhaoqing! The hotel provides free parking, but unfortunately I didn't use it this time when I took the high-speed rail. If I have a chance to drive to Zhaoqing next summer, I'll try the hotel parking lot.
