It was a rare business trip, and staying at Kaiyuan Hotel really gave me an unexpected surprise. From the hotel lobby to the room, the sea view is really great, and the service attitude of the ladies at the front desk is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the layout of the room is brand new, with complete facilities and equipment, and everything that should be equipped is available. Thumbs up. There are many types of breakfast, which really suits us busy people who are on business trips, and it feels like a break from the busy schedule. Next time I go back, I will still stay at Kaiyuan, at least the first impression really determines all choices.

This is my first time staying in this kind of hotel, and I feel it is quite novel. The TV is projected and the screen is very large. It is just not clear, and the effect is similar to all screen projection. The room facilities are average. The front desk service is good. Since there is no catering equipment, breakfast is provided by KFC in the mall next door, which is also quite rich. What I want to complain is: Because it is a Wanda Plaza store, the underground parking garage is like a maze, and it took more than ten minutes to find the exit. 😭

The hotel service is very good, and we are always responsive. The aunt in the breakfast room knew that we were not feeling well and took the initiative to pack our food, even though we couldn't eat anything. The front desk also responded quickly.
The city view room is a bit noisy, and there is a celebrity street downstairs. It is recommended to choose a sea view room.

As soon as we entered the hotel, Xiaoju came up to us with a smile on her face and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. When we checked in, she patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and services to us, not letting go of every detail, which made us look forward to the next stay.
During our stay, Xiaowu's service was even more impressive. After we checked out, we left some items behind. When Xiaowu learned about it, he immediately called us to inform us and mailed it back. It took only a few minutes, which was efficient and considerate.
And Wenshi gave us a big surprise in terms of catering. When we asked for local food recommendations, Wenshi not only introduced various special dishes in detail, but also gave suggestions based on our taste preferences. The only drawback is that the angle of the shower head cannot be adjusted, making bathing inconvenient. It is recommended that the hotel improve it as soon as possible. This was a family trip. Xiao Yang at the front desk was very helpful. Because the original room had a strong smell of smoke, he even changed it to another room for free. Thumbs up👍. SSS25Room not too clean for 5 star hotel standard, there is some hair left in bathub probably from previous guests, tea cups not changing after we use for the first night, and the toiletries they gave inside the room is super basic for 5 star hotel standard only have BATH FOAM, DENTAL BRUSH, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER, which is unbelievable for this standard of hotel. But the personnel/customer service attitude is good except the food server in the FEAST RESTAURANT which is behaving like we are begging for food and sometimes just reply us with this word “FINISH, NO FOOD”when we ask them to serve the food, such a pity. Hey we do not get the food for free, we paid it, the server need to learn how to treat customer better.

Convenient underground parking. There is ATM, service center in hotel, it is possible to pay with foreign credit cards. Large supermarket just behind the corner. AAcw2005Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
