春節期間住宿的真實點評，首先聲明是有一説一，有優點也有很大缺點，羅列如下：第一：房間風景確實不錯，地段靠近金沙灣海景長廊，樓下的商鋪吃飯購物很方便，定的高層海景套房，在客廳和生卧確實可以看到海景，第二：套房內的電熱水器容量太小，春節期間天氣冷，每個人洗澡都要快速的在3-5分鐘內洗完，否則熱水立馬要變冷水，下一個人要洗澡，至少要等40分鐘才有能再次洗3-5分鐘的熱水澡，第三，衞生間洗臉盆上水龍頭上黑色污漬太嚴重，如圖一所示，搞衞生的阿姨，不知道是怎麼看的？第四，衞生間洗澡的噴頭花灑是沒發掛着的，因固定花灑的掛件不知道是什麼原因，竟然是擰反的，如圖2、圖3所示，扭都扭不動，第五：衞生間馬桶左邊地勢低，很容易積水，天氣冷，穿着襪子，踩在積水上，容易濕，也容易滑倒，第六：房間內有燃氣，配有鍋具，還有碗碟，可以買海鮮來自己煮，確實很方便，這點很是喜歡，總之，若洗澡的熱水器容易更換大一些，洗澡的花灑噴頭設施調整好，衞生搞得更乾淨些，還是一個在湛江旅遊度假很不錯的可選擇的公寓

房間乾淨整潔，備品齊全，兩個卧室，還有廚房洗衣機冰箱空調投影，都好用，離金沙灣海灘特別近，樓下小吃特別多，出行也方便，老闆人很好，推薦

人有點多，房間睡不下，特意升級了投影兩房一廳，超讚的，海景和房間環境都不錯。前台小姐姐服務非常好，主動，熱情，親和力強，房間佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，值得推薦，停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意！

位置挺好的，距離湛江西站大概10公里，打車20分鐘左右，公寓樓下各種各樣吃的，選擇很多；也有小超市可以逛逛，購物生活方便，公寓環境不錯，收拾得挺乾淨的；有陽台可以晾衣服，總體很不錯

房間乾淨清爽，住得比較舒服，老闆給的入住指引很清晰，樓下有停車場，停車方便，停車費過夜封頂15塊也很便宜，走路去沙灘近，晚上吹吹海風順便吃宵夜海鮮燒烤也很方便
