We almost gave up because of the name of the store in Sichuan, but because we were too tired, we decided to go to dinner nearby. The result is still Chaoshan style yak beef. It is precisely what we want 😊 Hotel breakfast is also good, except for a lot of people, after all, it is the Spring Festival. The most worth mentioning is the hotel service. When I left, I forgot a pajama. The clothes were placed on the bathroom before going out. On the afternoon return, the front desk lady contacted me to tell me about the clothes, and then helped send them back with her colleagues. When the clothes arrived, I felt that there were hard materials inside. When I opened it, I found that I also couried a wooden hanger together. I can imagine that after the dress was found lost, even the lady and her colleagues treated me very warmly, and the very ordinary pajamas, the courier brother who picked up the piece, was not afraid of trouble, packed it for me. Through this matter, I felt the beauty of the customs of Zhangzhou , that is, the parking lot around the extremely lively old street is only 5 yuan for three hours. The detour to Zhangzhou City was an accident, but I got joy 💐

The second time I came to live in Yuyuan, the experience was not as good as last time. ① The room is obviously downgraded. The quality of the slippers used to be very good. Now a pair of thin cotton has been dragged. Also, the free snacks in the minibar are missing. It is not necessary. I think the gap will be opened a bit later. Is it changed management? ② The temperature is 16℃, there is no heating supply, it is a bit cold. ③ Breakfast quality, personally feel that summer is more abundant, maybe because a large number of seafood is on the market, breakfast and shrimp 🦐, this should be praised, eating, no loss to the guests. In addition, it is also necessary to affirm that the room type was upgraded when I checked in. Although the room decoration is old, the service is still decent.

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is large enough, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She took the initiative to upgrade the room. What I didn't expect was that the boss lady sent a midnight snack to each room at night, which was a local snack, glutinous rice cake, which was very heartwarming.

There is free parking, and the parking lot staff also enthusiastically helped to take the luggage into the lobby! Because the hotel staff immediately had a very good impression of Zhangzhou!

The hotel is downstairs to the ancient city. The view is very wide and you can have a panoramic view of the entire ancient city, especially at night. The room was cleaned very clean, and all kinds of electrical appliances, including small items, were also brands. The pillows are also very comfortable, comparable to Mei Atour. The front desk lady service is also very good, very warm and patient. Overall very good and must be praised. rare clean, tidy and high-end hotels in the ancient city! Next time I come to Zhangzhou , I will want to come here for one night.

The hotel is in the ancient town, with convenient transportation nearby and all kinds of snacks within 200 meters of the hotel. The hotel front desk girl is very enthusiastic. Because the hotel is in the ancient town, the car is parked in a parking lot outside each other. Navigate to the parking lot and the hotel staff will pick it up. The parking spot is outsourced, with a 24-hour cap of 15 yuan, and the car cannot be driven into the ancient town. The room is very clean, the furniture is smart, and it is also very warm. There is a bar-style store near the hotel, so you can still hear the noise outside downstairs after 12 o'clock in the evening. Zhangzhou's lifestyle is very slow and comfortable~

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!
