I chose Vienna because the rooms I like are relatively large. I chose Changtai Vienna because there are no rooms in Quanzhou and the surrounding area, and I temporarily changed the route to Zhangzhou . I searched the Internet and found that this new store is a little far from the old street, but I am afraid of traveling by car. After arriving, the hotel facilities are satisfactory. There is a newly opened hot pot restaurant downstairs. Now the beef is cut and said that it is Sichuan flavor. We almost gave up because of the name of the store in Sichuan, but because we were too tired, we decided to go to dinner nearby. The result is still Chaoshan style yak beef. It is precisely what we want 😊 Hotel breakfast is also good, except for a lot of people, after all, it is the Spring Festival. The most worth mentioning is the hotel service. When I left, I forgot a pajama. The clothes were placed on the bathroom before going out. On the afternoon return, the front desk lady contacted me to tell me about the clothes, and then helped send them back with her colleagues. When the clothes arrived, I felt that there were hard materials inside. When I opened it, I found that I also couried a wooden hanger together. I can imagine that after the dress was found lost, even the lady and her colleagues treated me very warmly, and the very ordinary pajamas, the courier brother who picked up the piece, was not afraid of trouble, packed it for me. Through this matter, I felt the beauty of the customs of Zhangzhou , that is, the parking lot around the extremely lively old street is only 5 yuan for three hours. The detour to Zhangzhou City was an accident, but I got joy 💐

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

There are many types of breakfast buffet. Wanda is nearby, just a few steps away, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi!

The room is clean and tidy, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, and it is quite large. I am very satisfied with all aspects, especially the air conditioning in the corridors. The restaurant also has a wide variety of dishes. It is very worry-free to stay with children and the elderly. I don't know where some of the bad reviews I saw before came from.

The room is very clean, very close to the ancient city, 7 minutes walk, there are many places to eat nearby, and the service is warm! Because it was raining, I wanted to order takeout, and the two beauties at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find delicious food! The breakfast is very good! There is free parking, and the parking lot staff also enthusiastically helped to take the luggage into the lobby! Because the hotel staff immediately had a very good impression of Zhangzhou!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Zhangzhou The newly opened treasure hotel in the ancient city is very easy to find on the edge of Zhongshan Park in the core area of the ancient city. The lobby is still equipped with Blue Mountain Coffee wireless drinks (free). The decoration is very high-end atmosphere. It should be the best hotel in the ancient city. The hotel is downstairs to the ancient city. The view is very wide and you can have a panoramic view of the entire ancient city, especially at night. The room was cleaned very clean, and all kinds of electrical appliances, including small items, were also brands. The pillows are also very comfortable, comparable to Mei Atour. The front desk lady service is also very good, very warm and patient. Overall very good and must be praised. rare clean, tidy and high-end hotels in the ancient city! Next time I come to Zhangzhou , I will want to come here for one night.

I saw this hotel online and thought it was very good, so I booked it. The location is super good, just next to the ancient city, just a short walk away, and the bus stop is also next to it, so it's easy to find. After checking in, I felt very good when I entered the room. It was clean and hygienic overall. The facilities and equipment are also very good, very new and not old. Both the front desk and the room aunt are very patient and have a good service attitude. Recently, I saw that Zhangzhou Ancient City is very popular, so I came here to play when I have time. It's so lively hahaha. Overall, I am very satisfied and will book it next time I come! !

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!
