I've stayed here several times since it first opened, and the facilities have really improved over time. They've added a laundry room and a gym, which is great. If the dryers are busy, there's also a large outdoor terrace where you can hang clothes, which is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes delicious! 👍

This hotel is super pet-friendly, which is great – you can bring your furry friends along. They're really understanding, but do keep in mind that pets can't be left alone in the room; they need to go out with you. There's a parking lot right next to the hotel with plenty of spaces, so parking is a breeze. The rooms are also spotless. The guy at the front desk was really enthusiastic and gave us lots of great tips for sightseeing. Definitely excellent value for money.

定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了

This hotel really captures the essence of Southern Fujian (Min'nan) culture. Compared to many star-rated hotels, it offers a more relaxed, leisurely, and romantic atmosphere. The location is a major highlight; for instance, we wanted to visit 'Zai Hui Min'nan,' and it was only about 200 meters away according to navigation. Most attractions in the old town are within a ten-minute walk, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel amenities are quite comprehensive, including a gym, self-service laundry room, tea room, coffee bar, and an actual bar, providing a rich selection of public spaces. It has a strong local feel, offering more than just a place to stay – you can truly immerse yourself in the ambiance of a Min'nan courtyard. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangzhou Old Town.

An absolute gem in Zhangzhou! Exceptional service, cozy vibes, and perfect location We stayed at the Pu Jing Hotel for 2 nights, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we checked in until the second we left, the staff made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly friendly, helped us with our heavy luggage, and even assisted us with our itinerary since we arrived without much of a plan. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything you need is within walking distance—there are tons of local restaurants, bakeries, shops, and shopping malls right nearby, making it so easy to explore and find great food. The rooms are superb—tastefully designed, exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows are super comfy. Another major highlight was the breakfast. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-prepared, but the best part was the daily local, home-cooked delicacy. We tried the local meesuah and porridge, which tasted amazing and felt so comforting. This hotel offers incredible value for money. I feel we got so much more than what we paid for. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

I came to stay for one night temporarily and the overall experience was quite pleasant. As soon as I entered the hall, I felt bright and clean, and I looked very angry. The hygiene in the room is very careful, there is no dust on the tabletop and floor, and the room has no strange smell. The bed is just soft and hard, and you can relax when you lie down. The hot water came out very quickly and the bathroom supplies were complete. The reception was very friendly, the check-in was very fast, and the response was timely if there was a problem. The location is convenient and parking is easy. The room was soundproofed at night and I slept quietly. The price is very good, it is very suitable to come to Zhangzhou for a business trip or a short trip to live here, recommended, I will consider this next time I come!

Extremely satisfied! Parking was convenient, and my room even got an upgrade and had a fridge. The pillows were super comfy, and they offered a late-night snack service. The front desk service was excellent 👌🏻. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, especially the shacha noodles – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 Overall, very pleased. The hotel is in the ancient city of Zhangzhou , the location is excellent, the east entrance of the ancient city needs to walk 200 meters, whether it is in the ancient city or out of the ancient city to eat is super convenient. The overall decoration is very new, there is free tea in the lobby, and the waiting location can be charged. The room is very spacious, the cleaning is very clean, and the garden view is pleasing to the eye. There is also a luggage storage! The staff is warm and courteous and the service is thoughtful. This stay experience is full. Come to Zhangzhou here is the first choice!

We stayed at Kaiyuan Hotel for 3 days with our two young children and truly felt how child-friendly the hotel is. Upon check-in, we received fresh welcome fruits, and around 8 PM each evening, desserts were delivered. The staff cleaned our room meticulously every day, first mopping and then vacuuming, and the bedding was always neatly made. This really highlighted the cleanliness of the room and the professionalism of the staff. Doing laundry and drying clothes can be a headache when traveling with kids, as they won't dry in the room. However, the staff took care of it for us, drying and folding everything before returning them to our room. We bothered them twice during our 3-night stay, and this service truly touched me the most – you are incredibly friendly to families with children. We also enjoyed the complimentary bus service to Zhangzhou Ancient City on the weekend. I hope you continue to refine your services and keep up the excellent work.

This extended stay felt even more authentic. The hotel staff were all excellent, especially Ah Jiao, who helped me with several issues and was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back next time. The internal facilities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both family trips and business stays, with a grand feel. It's also spacious enough for drying clothes. The ground floor is very expansive, and having breakfast there is quite comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and they even offer authentic Zhangzhou specialty breakfasts, which shows real thoughtfulness. In other hotels, I usually only get steamed sweet potatoes for breakfast, but here I had roasted ones for the first time – very considerate! Highly recommended! I used to think that foreign-owned five-star hotel chains paid more attention to detail. However, I'm starting to believe that, like other industries, the future holds opportunities for local hotel brands. Chinese people better understand the personalized needs of other Chinese people, and local operations have an inherent advantage that will surpass foreign brands in the future. However, there's a small detail I'd like to kindly bring to the hotel management's attention: I took my two children to the swimming pool on the fourth floor in the afternoon. I estimated there were about 30 children in the adult pool. Although there were parents, there was only one lifeguard, and that lifeguard was eating in a corner for over 15 minutes. This is extremely dangerous and poses a significant safety hazard. So, beyond the basic excellent service that garners good reviews, it's crucial to meet five-star standards even in unseen, subtle areas. This is where the progress in the differences between Chinese and Western management truly lies.
