First time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯 The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like! The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited! The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time! I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️

I was traveling with my kids during the summer vacation and accidentally chose this hotel. It was really good. The first floor of the hotel is beautifully decorated, and there are cakes, which are very delicious. There is also a children's playground, where the children have a lot of fun, the gym is also very large, and the breakfast is also very good. Really satisfied!

(2) The price of the fish caught was a bit high; we'd be more inclined to buy and try them if they were a little more affordable. (3) The addition of outdoor hot springs would be a great bonus. (4) During peak dining hours, it felt like the staff were quite overwhelmed, so increasing the number of servers might be helpful.

This hotel is very nice, clean and tidy, and highly automated. I stay here every time I come here. I recommend staying in the deluxe single room on the fifth floor; it's quieter there.

That voice, hey, the whole communication with the hotel was recorded by Ctrip, every word is true, the environment is OK, don't stay on the 7th floor. Please fix it! !
