Tang-Song Huaxiangu Valley Resort Hotel

The room felt like it was nestled in a forest, with the sounds of insects and birds creating a truly magical atmosphere. Jiaqi, Yimei, and Shenwei warmly welcomed us, efficiently handled our check-in, promptly arranged the shuttle bus for us, and introduced many interesting activities. We're very grateful for their hospitality.

The hotel is too remote, with no other dining options available, forcing us to eat at the hotel, which was very expensive. The room facilities were poorly maintained; the hanging chair and garden looked like they hadn't been cared for in ages. Animals even walked across our balcony at night, which startled my child. The amusement park next door had nothing to offer, with many attractions under maintenance. Very disappointing, definitely not worth the price. I won't be returning.

Service: Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ambiance: The tropical theme offered a unique and charming atmosphere. Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: We were very satisfied with the facilities. As we were traveling with a child, the staff thoughtfully provided a bed rail.

The hotel staff were all excellent and very thoughtful. They noticed we had children with us and proactively asked if we'd like a bed rail installed, which was a huge bonus for a family-friendly hotel! Upon returning to the hotel in the evening, we even found that sweet soup had been delivered to our room! The only two downsides, in my opinion, were the hairdryer, which was too weak – if you have long hair, it takes forever to dry – and, an unavoidable factor, the extreme humidity that immediately made my sensitive skin unbearably itchy. Finally, there was a slightly unsettling incident. Around 10 PM, a staff member came to deliver a bed rail and mentioned they would send another if we needed it. About half an hour later, the doorbell rang, and we all assumed it was the second bed rail being delivered. My husband, with the security chain on, opened the door a crack and called out, then fully opened it, only to find no one there. And the additional bed rail never showed up...

The hotel offered an excellent ambiance, service, and dining. During our stay, a kind front desk staff member even thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent. The hotel also prepared a comforting warm sweet soup for us in the evenings, provided tickets to Qiqu Valley, and offered complimentary welcome fruit. Additionally, fishing was available nearby. Ultimately, the most important thing was that our family had a fantastic and enjoyable trip!

I'm so glad I chose Tangsong Huaxiangu Resort Hotel for my trip to Changtai; it truly gave me an unforgettable vacation experience! The hotel is conveniently located right next to Qiqugu Scenic Area, which has lots of fun activities and fantastic photo spots. The hotel's restaurant also serves excellent and authentic Minnan cuisine. I must give a special shout-out to Cai Jiaqi at the front desk! When I checked in, she was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I was extremely satisfied with this stay. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

A truly comfortable hotel with stunning surroundings. Lush greenery everywhere makes every snap picture-perfect, and it's so relaxing, perfect for leisurely strolls. The unique features were very thoughtfully designed, keeping the kids entertained and happy, and the food was excellent too. The service was exceptional, especially Front Desk Supervisor Cai Jiaqi, the gentleman serving at the Diaoyutai area, and every other staff member. They all greeted us with warm smiles and were always helpful with inquiries, making our experience seamless. We hope to visit again!
