JI Hotel (Zhangzhou Wuyue Plaza)

Stayed for 4 days and asked the front desk to change the duvet cover, but they never did. Both of us were bitten by mites! They insisted on a 12 PM checkout even though I was scheduled for 2 PM. Other hotels allow early check-in, but not this one. Fine, but on top of that, the hygiene was terrible. When I asked them to improve the cleanliness, they told me these duvet covers have excessive bleach and can't be properly changed!

Clean and hygienic, with convenient transportation, and excellent service. A high-quality stay all around.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice! Not only did she upgrade our room for free and let us choose our preferred floor, but she also thoughtfully gave us breakfast vouchers and some fruit. Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy. I really can't help but give it a thumbs up! 👍

Overall, it was very good. The only downside was the construction noise from downstairs starting at 8 AM every morning; even with the windows closed, the banging was audible. **Facilities**: The room was brand new. The parking is in a designated area within the mall. After parking, just tell the front desk on the first floor for free parking. There's an elevator from the parking lot directly to the hotel. **Cleanliness**: Clean. **Environment**: It's right above Wuyue Plaza, making it very convenient for ordering takeout or dining downstairs. The mall also has a supermarket. Across the street is the Four Seasons Flower Sea. **Service**: Excellent. They even gave us a gift when we left. Many thanks!

The Hanting Hotel in Zhangzhou boasts an elegant environment, attentive service, and clean, comfortable rooms. It's conveniently located and offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here! The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly welcoming and helpful with any issues.

The room facilities are new, clean, and odor-free. The soundproofing is good, so it's quiet. The service is thoughtful.

The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the staff's service is excellent.
