設施：完美的配套設施，酒店專用停車場，車位充足。房間還配有泡腳桶與鹽包，為顧客着想。
衞生：酒店各方面乾淨衞生。
環境：周圍環境不錯，出門附近就是美食街。
服務：前台服務到位，態度好，晚上還有鮮牛奶送到房間，自家保姆一樣真是貼心服務。

八年前住過一次，是因公出差，感覺就很不錯。這次是居家出行入住甘州賓館，是因為上次的服務給我留下了深刻的印象。這次的感覺是，設施更加完備，衞生更加乾淨，環境更加優美，服務更加完善。如果有機會再去張掖，我們還會入住這家酒店，並且還會介紹親友到張掖旅遊，併入住甘州賓館。
