上個客人的煙灰缸垃圾，看到茶葉袋包裝有打開，順手揭開杯蓋，裏面不知道是什麼時候的水😂😂😂，地上的頭髮也沒怎麼收拾乾淨，前一次住感覺還行，所以路過又住了一晚，就發現這樣的情況，還有房間網莫名其妙的在11點就沒了💀

酒店座落於度假村中，湖泊、花草、樹木圍繞酒店四周。房間智能化程度高，電動窗簾、智能馬桶、投影電視齊全。入住酒店老闆還送了迎賓水果，餐廳供應的食品豐富，口味好，五星好評！

下訂單的時候訂單詳情有歡迎水果，前台説我訂的是特價房沒有，給我升級了，我問升級什麼了説本來是一樓的，升級到二樓，而訂單頁面顯示的樓層是三層，真是****的説給我升級了。頁面從來就沒顯示過是特價房之説，房間裏面沒有空調遙控器，下水特別慢。看電視就連看央視都要收費，主動和客房這邊溝通説讓我找前台，或者要求換房她不負責這回事。早餐也特別簡單，吃個早餐有個上年紀的老頭還要教育人。前台至始至終都沒主動跟我溝通過，服務態度太差了

設施：有點舊，床上就一個老式席夢思墊子鋪了個床單，睡上太硬了，硌的難受。
衞生：一般，窗台上有小蟲子屍體沒有打掃乾淨
環境：酒店大院內不錯，綠化覆蓋率高，停車方便，但導航開車去酒店像走迷宮。
服務：前台服務員和餐廳服務很好。

酒店的房間是按摩房改的，2.2大床也是兩張按摩床拼在一起的，看了一眼，對面雙床標間是兩張按摩床分開的，。剛入住門鎖就沒電了，從外面直接能打開了，空調打不開，特別熱，酒店早餐一般，衞生間有個用過的肥皂沒清理，上面都是毛髮，具體看起來是哪兒的就不説了，不建議入住

位置挺好，環境優美，安靜。房間智能化，投影，馬桶自動沖，帶加熱。停車方便。早餐不錯，挺豐富。酒店自帶餐廳，可送房間。附近餐飲也多，有個臨風把酒餐飲很不錯。總之是個性價比

這個房間是我第二天續住，關鍵是看中了還賓館所處的環境，周圍楊柳婆娑，綠樹成蔭。還有賓館有自助的早、午、晚餐走過很多賓館，向這樣提供一日三餐是獨一，建議去張掖的就選它，另外自駕停車也很方便，若選擇去城裡逛，可騎哈囉共享單車。唯一的問題是，所住房間衞生間滲水，前一天反映了，第二天仍沒處理好。

酒店前台服務員態度很好，房間乾淨衞生，有地方停車，設施齊全，最開心的是酒店旁邊就有一碗筷上癮蘭州牛肉麪店，牛肉麪好吃，給酒店加分了。

設施：房間是中央空調，房間裏衹能開風機，酒店不給開冷凝機，吹出來的風都是熱風，室內温度一直27-28根本降不下去。圖片分別是凌晨和第二天上午拍的。
開車800多公里凌晨一點多到酒店已經很疲憊了，想好好休息，可是熱的根本沒法睡。
凌晨兩點半給前台打電話，才給開了冷凝機，温度降低了兩三度，三點多又給冷凝機關了，不想折騰將就睡了。
5點半再次被熱醒，給前台打電話才給打開冷凝機，酒店再次開啟半小時後關閉冷凝機。
既然是酒店，那基本的空調可以給顧客保證了吧？第二天需要繼續趕路，在酒店的一晚上完全沒有休息好。自駕游出行的20天裏，這家是最離譜的酒店。
服務：前台人員服務態度不錯，但是辦理入住時前台沒人，出門後回房間房卡不能開門這些也是非常敗好感的。
