They handled check-in quickly, offered hot tea, and provided maps with recommendations for nearby attractions. At night, I requested two extra towels, but I just called the housekeeper, who delivered them to my door in less than five minutes. Their gentle tone was incredibly warm, and every detail was filled with warmth. The room was even more amazing: spacious and bright, with a warm and stylish decor. The bedding was soft, and the mattress was just the right firmness. A day's fatigue melted away, and I slept soundly for two nights. Cleanliness was impeccable; the countertops and bathroom tiles were spotless. The bathroom even had a smart toilet and high-end toiletries, making it incredibly reassuring. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with a full table of Chinese and Western dishes. The Chinese congee and steamed buns were authentic and heartwarming, while the Western bread and coffee were fresh and delicious, and the freshly squeezed juices were refreshing and refreshing. I checked other hotels in the same area and during the same period, and found budget hotels under a certain Huahui chain were all over 600 yuan, so I felt this local hotel was very reasonably priced. The parking lot was spacious and had charging stations. The hotel also had a laundry room with a dryer, perfect for those who need to do laundry during a long trip. You don't need to order breakfast; there are several breakfast shops downstairs. I had Ma Zhanmei beef noodles for only 6 yuan a bowl, which was a real bargain. The hotel also gave me a small gift bag upon check-out, including water, yogurt, and fruit. It was a very thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend it to anyone staying overnight in Zhangye.

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!
