PPaparanA very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~
The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂
Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

Not only did she proactively upgrade my room to one with a better view, and specifically remind me about breakfast, but every day before I left, she would ask about my plans and help arrange a car. When I returned, the room was always perfectly tidied, giving me an incredible sense of security and happiness! ✨ I absolutely have to praise the hotel's butler, Xinhua! Any request I had, as long as I contacted her, was met with prompt and thoughtful solutions. I forgot my charger, and Xinhua quickly brought over a compatible model; when I wanted to try local snacks, she carefully recommended reliable shops and even planned out the route. Her service was efficient and her attitude excellent, full marks! This stay was truly exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city!

Cleanliness: The room was very clean. The disposable toiletries were simple but complete.
Environment: Parking is easy right outside the unit, and the charging station is also very close. No anxiety for electric car owners.
Service: The ski pass discount was excellent, even cheaper than booking it myself on other platforms.
I had a great time skiing at Genting and Wanlong this trip.

Breakfast was decent, which was a plus. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only minor complaint is that my room at the very end of Zone A was a bit chilly, and the underfloor heating wasn't very effective. While I reported it, there was no follow-up, which I hope they'll improve upon. Otherwise, everything else was great.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help.
Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded.
Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead.

GGuest UserGreat location, right next to the gondola. The hotel itself is quite large, with a ski equipment hall and various restaurants. It's definitely one of the landmark hotels in Thaiwoo Ski Town. The service is also good; they offer free ski storage and even allowed us a late check-out. HRY at the front desk was particularly helpful and even arranged for my headphones to be mailed back after I left them behind. It was a really good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Yying78This hotel offers incredible value for money! We stayed for four days with our kids, and every day was a joy. The dining options were convenient, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We were satisfied with every aspect. We'll definitely be back next winter season. I love the Genting Grand Hotel.
The staff at the Blue Lake Restaurant were exceptional, always smiling and ready to answer any questions. The front desk service was also great, resolving issues quickly. The cleaning staff were very diligent and polite.
My only unpleasant experience, and why I can't give a perfect score, was at the ski resort's ticket exchange counter. The first time, I accidentally handed over my driver's license instead of the correct ID, and the staff member immediately looked annoyed and unhappy. Then, on the morning of January 20th, I went to exchange tickets again. I wasn't sure if I should use the same card or get a new one, so I simply asked. The woman at the first window suddenly started shouting, ”I'll give you two new cards!” It startled me so much that I was speechless for a while. I've never experienced such service at a five-star hotel. After that, I discovered a lovely and kind young lady with a bob haircut at window 3, and I made sure to go to her every time. She always had a sweet smile and chatted with me a bit.

HHoutanghebiandenianqingrenTaiwoo Resort in winter is an absolute paradise for ski enthusiasts! The European-style town, blanketed in pristine white snow, looks straight out of a fairy tale. The ski slopes here are professional and offer a wide variety of choices, perfect for both beginners and experts to enjoy. The hotel I stayed at was conveniently located, and the rooms were warm and comfortable, with some very thoughtful touches. There's a diverse selection of dining options in the town, and after dinner, heading back to the hotel for a hot spring soak is just divine. I can't wait to go back again!
