Took a trip with the family for my birthday weekend and some family time. The hotel was amazing. Great staff and location was perfect for traveling around the area. They have underground parking and even have a PlayStation near the hotel elevators so you can pay or locate your car. Parking garage elevators are separate from the hotel room elevators. Close to shopping and eateries and the pool was great for doing some laps my son and husband have the pool to theirselves. There were two lifeguards on duty. We took a trip over to the Gate and ate at the restaurant on the second floor. Food was very delicious and the service was top notch. It was a great ending to a relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely go again.

A value for money n beautiful hotel with excellent facilties such as a large gym with all kinda machines n a sizable heated indoor pool. Restaurant n cafe provide excellent value buffet n high tea selection. Customer service could be improved, staffs seemed pretty busy n frazzled, perhaps need to hire more staffs!

Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn.

This hotel was amazing. Our room was so big and nice. It was very clean and they cleaned it everyday very well. The breakfast was so good, many foods to choose from. The only thing that could have been better was the temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted. I would defiantly stay here again.

I quite enjoy staying at Metropark when I’m Zhongjiakou. It is one of the most comfortable hotels I stay in when in China. The restaurant staff are very helpful to me.
