I must commend the bathtub and toiletries, especially the toiletries, which are exceptionally complete. I rarely stay under the Blue Whale brand, so this was truly a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were also very friendly, which is a plus.

I chose the Hualuxe Hotel (now called Blue Whale) for some business back home. I suspect the front desk staff gave me the dirtiest and worst-maintained room. See the pictures above. These water stains are easy to wipe clean, but couldn't they have cleaned them properly? It really affects the quality of a 5-star hotel. Charging over 500 yuan for such a dirty room feels like robbery. They really need to renovate.
