Shenglong Apartment (Wanlong Ski Resort)

There are four hotels at Wanlong Ski Resort, each within a 5-minute walk of each other, or you can use the convenient shuttle bus service (on-call from the front desk). As shown in picture 19, Shenglong Apartments is located on the far left of the resort. The ski rental hall at Wanlong Ski Resort is on the 3rd floor of the Longgong Hotel. There are two ways to get there: 1. Call a shuttle from the front desk, which takes 3 minutes (picture 3); 2. The hotel has a corridor leading directly to the ski area, allowing you to ski straight to the rental hall and take the cable car (pictures 4-7). The 4th floor of the ski rental hall offers dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a good variety of dishes, though the taste is average and prices are a bit high. For example, beef noodles are 45 yuan and drinks are around 10 yuan. The hotel lobby is on the third basement level, with a convenience store nearby. The shuttle bus to Taizicheng Railway Station also departs from here (one bus leaves an hour before every train to Qinghe). Ski tickets can be exchanged directly at a machine here (picture 20). The rooms are a bit small but offer views of the ski slopes. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm. The staff provided excellent and patient service.

Facilities: Excellent, the heating was very good, and the shower facilities were great. Cleanliness: Housekeeping came around 3 PM, proactively asked about room service, and promptly changed the bedding and bottled water. Environment: They offer point-to-point shuttle bus service, and there's ginger tea and chrysanthemum tea available. Suggestion: I hope they can descale the shower heads. Service: I'm very satisfied with every stay; it's excellent.

I stayed in Unit 2, fifth floor. The room was really spacious and well-equipped. The smart features were decent, and the bedding and mattress were very comfortable. I stayed for four consecutive nights, and the housekeeping service was quite good. The hotel front desk is located on B3. Parking was convenient with ample spaces, and they had both slow chargers for Lu Chong Chong and fast chargers for Xpeng, which is great if you're driving. If you're staying in Unit 1 or 2, you need to go down to B3, walk about 20 meters to Elevator 6, and then go up to the 1st floor to reach Changlongdao. There's a temporary shed on the 1st floor where you can store ski boards. For dining, there's a convenience store on B3 downstairs. Some items, like dairy products, are outrageously priced – about four times what they'd cost on JD.com, comparable to a store at Everest Base Camp! However, instant noodles and similar items are reasonably priced, similar to what you'd pay at a train station. It's less of a convenience store and more of an overpriced emergency supply depot. For proper meals, I'd recommend taking the shuttle bus to Longgong and Shuanglong; there are more choices and better quality. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It offers excellent value for money.

Newly renovated last year, the service and room environment are excellent. The kids loved it! It's super convenient and offers great value for money. I've recommended it to many friends to book here. We'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, with facilities that were typical for a newer apartment, and the service exceeded our expectations. Southerners might find the indoor dry heat a bit much; we had to leave the window slightly open at night, both to cool down and to air out the faint, lingering formaldehyde smell.

I was very satisfied. It's a new hotel apartment, clean and bright. The ambient lighting in the room is especially thoughtful. You can see the ski slopes from the window, and it's very convenient for ski-in/ski-out access. It exceeded my expectations and offers great value for money. Special thanks to the staff in the B3 lobby, who were particularly enthusiastic and attentive. Kudos to you all! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thumbs up!
