We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .
