The room allotted ‘Mountain View’ suite had a fabulous view of the mountains. Four balconies provided ample opportunities to see the breathtaking views. You can time lapse the mist from the cloud forest as long as you want. The interior decoration of the suite is also very elegant. The friendly Manager/Owner are very helpful and prompt to guest needs. In fact took the onus of driving us down the hill to buy personal stuff. The location of the hotel is somewhat off the busy locality downhill. So if you prefer tranquillity this is a good choice. If you are concerned on the availability of daily needs then there is a small convenience store with the hotel, but with limited choices. But the owner is very responsible to organize the same for you. The lovely lady manager of the canteen made sure to wait for us before winding off the breakfast and dinner. In fact the meals were customized as per request. The taste had the flavor of home cooked meals. The hotel has some scope of improvement in terms of regular check on maintenance and house keeping. General cleanliness in the complex is good with possible improvement within the accommodation building, perhaps the corridors can use some decoration with colorful potted plants. I am sure the hotel will attract more foreigners to enjoy the ambience around if they keep in mind on improving the scopes mentioned. A point to note is it’s proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance. Very much recommendable for families.

The store is really super caring. Added me immediately when I first made the reservation, helped me plan the transportation to the store, and also helped me collect a lot of couriers. I also kept in touch during the three-day itinerary, and helped me make travel plans according to the weather. Hope to see Zhangjiajie in the heavy snow next time

I have been very busy when I came back, and I didn't have to share the trip to Zhangjiajie in a hurry. Zhangjiajie air is particularly fresh, the scenery is beautiful, there is no need to say, the mountains are majestic and strange, the water is clean and clear, and the living is quite good, especially this homestay, the community environment is good, the rooms are new, the high-end parent-child theater room is decorated, and every furniture and toy can be seen from the boss's meticulous and attentive. All those with edges and corners are wrapped in sponge corners. The landlord’s little sister is a mother of a 2-year-old child, and she is very thoughtful about the child’s safety factor.

The owner of the homestay is very good. After we arrived, he helped us plan the tourist route and introduce these attractions. It saved a lot of time and energy and was happy. Then the homestay was very close to the scenic spot, and it was tens of meters away; The room is a local characteristic hanging building, the photo is very good, the parking is convenient, the price is high, if the holiday comes to book in advance, it is recommended!
