Huatian Properties in Zhangjiajie

Facilities: An established five-star hotel. Ambiance: The location is incredibly convenient, close to both the high-speed train station and the airport. Service: What truly impressed us the most was the service. All the staff demonstrated the strength, advantage, and thoughtful hospitality of the Huatian Group. We especially want to mention a kind-hearted auntie from the housekeeping team—we didn't catch her name, but her warm and attentive spirit is truly commendable. She went above and beyond for our small requests, treating us like family. We hope the Huatian Group rewards her generously! We will definitely be back next time. This well-established brand comes highly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She personally brought us coffee and fruit, which I found very touching. Thank you, staff of Sunshine Hotel! The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well. 1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier. 2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then. These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.
