My stay at the Vienna Hotel was truly excellent! I stayed for two nights, and a wonderful lady at the front desk even upgraded me to a river-view room for free. The service was impeccable. The hotel offers both a washing machine and dryer, which was incredibly convenient. Its location is fantastic, very close to Tianmen Mountain. I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient for exploring, with numerous attractions nearby. Both Seven Star Mountain and Tianmen Mountain are very close, and breakfast was included.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute drive from both the high-speed train station and Tiantai Mountain Scenic Area. It was very quiet at night, and the breakfast was decent enough to fill you up. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and restaurants. The hotel's specialty shop also offered good value for money; I compared their prices with other souvenir stores, and theirs were actually relatively cheaper, especially since hotel guests get a special discount – that was a fantastic perk! The staff provided excellent service. However, the shower leaked, leaving the entire bathroom wet. The breakfast selection was acceptable, but overall hygiene was poor. I even found a piece of steel wool in my noodle soup and a short hair in the grilled sausage. The watermelon also wasn't fresh. Considering the price of over 300 RMB, and despite the good service, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
