Zhangjiajie Expert Village Yangguang Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Wulingyuan)

The hotel offers great value for money. The garden design is beautiful and high-class. The location is excellent, very close to Charming Xiangxi, and only a 10-minute walk to the Grand Plaza (Biaozhi Men). Service: It was raining heavily and my shoes got wet, but the front desk provided a dryer, which was a huge help. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. Cleanliness: The only downside is that the cleanliness was just average, with a lack of attention to detail – there were hairs on the sheets. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is clean. It's very close to Charm Xiangxi and Dongmen. We were a group of three staying in a family room, but couldn't book two consecutive nights through the platform. Upon arrival, the hotel allowed us to extend our stay in the same room. Xiao Luo even brought us some fruit. The front desk staff and the tourism reception staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel's lobby manager even made sachets with us. Five-star review for Zhangjiajie!

The room was really comfortable! They upgraded our room type, and the whole room smelled lovely. The hotel also organized a sachet-making activity. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The service is attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of authentic dishes. Overall, it's great value for money, and free parking is available for those driving.

The environment is lovely, with beautiful scenery outside the window. The staff's attitude is superb, and their service is attentive and enthusiastic. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with subway and bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around and explore! This hotel is really swanky! It's super close to the east gate of the Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk straight ahead after turning right from the hotel entrance. It's also within a 15-minute walk to the Charming Xiangxi Grand Theatre. The only minor drawback is the limited breakfast options, but it's definitely good value for the price!

Excellent! Just a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Wulingyuan. It has a beautiful garden-style courtyard. The service is great, and it's very clean. The breakfast restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. The large parking lot means you'll always find a spot, even if you arrive late. Definitely worth staying here.

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well. 1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier. 2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then. These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.
