The location is very convenient as it is only 10-minute walk from the entrance of the national park! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help me do my laundry for free. The hotel is adjacent to the river and has quiet surroundings. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast food options and the views of the sunrise over the mountains and the stream right in front. There are also many food options nearby with plenty of stalls and restaurants, and massage parlors. Night market is just a 5-min walk from the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Zhangjiajie!

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location, easily walkable to the national forest (about 10 minutes). The hotel helped us buy our tickets before arriving, and we were given a map of the park when checking in. There are good restaurants within a short walk. The hotel is next to the river, which is absolutely beautiful. We walked around each night along the river, watching the lights and the bridge water show which is about a 3 minute walk. The hotel has free laundry service - we dropped off our clothes in the morning, and they were delivered to our hotel in the afternoon folded perfectly.

The hotel is within walking distance of the east gate of Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan. Check-in was fast, and the receptionist were very helpful. If we needed anything, we could just WeChat them. The receptionist was friendly and gave us a free guide and a free map, which were very useful in the scenic area. It is also better to buy tickets from the hotel (cheaper than the official price). The room was clean and spacious. Too bad we arrived a bit late and were too tired to take pictures, and in the morning we checked out pretty early. They have great laundry service. Just drop the dirty clothes in the laundry room, and the staff will take care of them and send them to the room after 5 hours. The breakfast was good, and they had vegetarian options. But the fried sunny-side-up egg was too oily. Definitely, this hotel is highly recommended.

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie park. It is a quick walk to the East Entrance. The staff are all so nice, friendly and helpful! They even let us know right away that we left something behind and helped arrange a courier to bring it to the next place. The free laundry service is so nice! You just leave it with them at night and it is washed and dried when we wake up in the morning. The included breakfast is also very tasty! Also it was very close to the Charming Xiangxi show. We walked over there a few minutes. We will always stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area.

The place is clean. About 10-15min walk to the zhangjiajie west gate. Hotel staff is friendly and can help you to book all the attractions in zhangjiajie if you need. Breakfast has a decent spread. You are also a short walk away to the restaurant areas if you want to have your dinner. Nearby has many food massage palour as well(but i didn't tried it). Toliet doesn't comes with bidet, and the staff seems to take awhile to attend to my request when there is not enough toliet paper and tissues in my room.

Service: Our host, Xiao Xiao, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our trip. I booked this hotel about a month in advance, and from the moment I made the reservation, she assisted with itinerary planning and booking arrangements for all our attractions, including Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Avatar Mountain), Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, and the Tianmen Fox Fairy Show. She even managed to secure some of the best seats for the show. Her recommendations and local knowledge were extremely useful and helped make our trip smooth and enjoyable. The hotel also offers complimentary laundry service. You simply send your laundry to the laundry room, and once it is finished, the staff will deliver it back to your room. Location: As Muslim travelers, we found this hotel to be an excellent choice. There are three halal restaurants nearby, with two within walking distance (about 500 meters) and another around 2 km away. Even if you choose to take a Didi, the fare is only around 6–7 yuan per trip. The hotel is also very close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Avatar Mountain), just a 10-minute walk (approximately 700 meters) or a short Didi ride costing around 6–7 yuan. Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is only about a 20-minute Didi ride away. Another highlight is the hotel's riverside location, which provides beautiful scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job tidying the room daily. Overall: If you're planning to visit Zhangjiajie, especially for Avatar Mountain and the surrounding attractions, this hotel is an excellent choice. Its strategic location, reasonable price, cleanliness, and outstanding service make it highly recommended. The exceptional assistance from Xiao Xiao was the cherry on top and made our stay even more memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our third hotel during a two week trip to China and it was easily the most beautiful. The room was massive and right in the riverfront with a balcony. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and ready to help with any queries or ticket bookings for the park, which by the way the entrance to is only a short walk away. We will definitely be back, and I recommend this hotel to any tourists, local or international! 10/10

Hotel is very clean, staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The room was more spacious than we thought, loved thay they offered laudey services which we used 2 times dueing our stay. The location is convenient, only a 10 mn walk from the east gate, asked directions from the reception and they sent a video on wechat to explain how to get there.

We had a very good stay in this hotel. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good. It is 10-15 walk from Zhang Jia Jie National park east gate. The staff such as Xin Xin and Xiao Lin provided very personalised and prompt service in trip planning and booking for tickets and advise. Staff is also very prompt in room service. Hotel provides free laundry and drying service which is an important plus point for travellers. We will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhang Jia Jie.

I visited Zhangjiajie with my Brazilian friends and booked this hotel because we primarily wanted to explore the park. The location is super convenient, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and attentive! Every staff member at the front desk was friendly, and they even helped us plan our itinerary and buy tickets. They were always quick to respond and assist with any questions. The breakfast was also plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options – I especially loved the Hunan rice noodles. Plus, the hotel was almost fully booked, creating a lively and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The Manyuan Resort Hotel was great and conveniently located close to the East Gate leading to the Zhangjiajie National Park. If you don't feel like braving the rushing waters, it's very easy to just walk down to the bridge and around. You can see the big pagoda marking the gate from the hotel entrance. The hotel itself was pleasant and quiet. Insects are present but that's to be expected with the location. They include a plug-in bug repellent that worked nicely. While we were there, the main lobby was soaked with water for a day or so and pretty slippery. The convenience of the hotel makes it a great choice for those wanting good access to the beauty of Zhangjiajie and the neon bustle of Wulingyuan nightlife.

Extremely satisfied! My friends absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. It's only a 10-minute walk from the main entrance. Very happy with everything.
