Front desk is very helpful and respectful, it is a very affordable place so dont expect a lot. If you are here in town on a low budget this is the place to go. And again it is a good hotel for its price nothing especial.

The hotel has a nice location, even though is close to a big road is very quiet at night, the room is simple but comfortable and the staff is kind and helpful. I felt a bit of cigarette smell around but not that big of a deal.
Is a good option for a short stay in Zhangjiajie.

第一次來住覺得挺好，所以回購，第二次房間很小，打不開電視才告知電視機都是壞的，還説沒房了，明明有房既然説沒房了，前台態度也不怎麼樣，感覺欠她五百萬一樣，又嫌人家定的便宜又要在網上掛的便宜，真是一次不好體驗不會再來了

房間還是比較大，前台服務還挺好，但是房間很臭，下水道返出來的那種臭，廁所尤其臭，前台拿了空氣清新劑來之後噴了一噴，治標不治本，空調對着床，一晚上晚上醒來喉嚨很疼。
衞生：地面比較臟，感覺很老舊

很不錯，還準備了一次性馬桶墊，這是這次旅行住的三家酒店裡唯一有馬桶墊的。樓下就有超市和市場，隔壁一條街都是吃的，吃飯和交通都很方便。
