The service was great, no noise from the surroundings, and the room was well-equipped. Overall, a good experience!

Excellent value for money, a real steal!

First thing you will notice is the price, and its position to the tourist center and cableway to Tianmenshan. And you are right, for a cheap stay, this is excellent. Especially considering that you get your own private room for the same price as sharing with 8 others. That's where the good part ends. My first room had mould on the wall! I went down to speak to them, but no one was there. When i called, someone finally came, and gave me the new room, and allowed me to check it out. Then they took the key to my old room and disappeared. My stuff was still in the old room! So, i called again for 10 minutes before they came back. When my stuff was finally moved, no one was there yet again when i wanted to return the old key. Then there's the floor. It is so disgusting i didn't remove my shoes throughout my stay. It had tons of stains, dead insects, and what looked like old chewing gum. It was like this in both rooms. The bathroom was just a plain disgusting place, with many stains and no proper drainage, and the air conditioner was a disaster, forcing me to sleep in a terrible heat. I seriously can't recommend this place. At least not until the owners pull themselves together, remove the mould, and actually try to be there when you need them. 8 out of 10 times i passed by the reception, there was no one there.

Not too bad but not too good. Although some peoples comment about good service but be honest I am not satisfied by there service. Even they not clean room and not provide mentioned daily usage kit. Overall a little bit satisfied but not to good 😊

There's not a single shelf, hook, or place to put or hang things. The bathroom walls are covered in black mold and peeling.

Very favorable location, near the cable car station. The railway station and bus station are walking, it is very close. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable. Add a wardrobe, it would be good because there is no way to put your things.Girl on reception very friendly）

Only location is good but hotel is not good no have lift bed and bed sheet is not clean also towel is very old

So, the hotel is in a good location, good to go tianmen and close to the bus station. I really didn't like the bathroom, it smelled bad, and there's a lot of loudness in the building. There's no WC. Also, there are no shutters, so if you don't like the light in the morning it is not ok. The receptionists don't speak English at all, if one then tries to help you somehow, but the conversation is hard.

nothing more to say that everything was excellent. position indeed was a big factor since you're basically a 10-15min walk from the bus station that will bring you to avatar mountains. the receptionist are crazy good and friendly. will help you book tickets and also recommend you the best route for your trips. morning breakfast had plenty of variety as well. highly suggest this hotel.

It was ok after all, just remind for travelers they have a squat toilet in the room so be aware of that. Is not bad and the location is very convenient to ride the cable car.
