⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Stay – The Best Hospitality We Experienced in China
This homestay was one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond anything we could have expected.
We arrived feeling quite stressed about planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There is so much information online and it can feel overwhelming trying to work out routes, tickets and timings. The staff literally sat down with us and planned everything step by step. They helped us buy tickets at a better price than we had found ourselves, explained the best routes to take, and made sure we got the most out of our time in the park.
What impressed us most was that they didn't just help with the main attractions. We only had a couple of hours free when we first arrived, and they suggested a walk in the park that wasn't even on our itinerary. It turned out to be absolutely magical and became one of our favourite memories from Zhangjiajie.
The room itself was beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable. After long days exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The surroundings were quiet and scenic, making it feel like a true escape from the crowds.
The free shuttle service was extremely convenient and made getting around so much easier, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Most importantly, the kindness and genuine care shown by the staff made this place special. They treated us like friends rather than guests and were always happy to help with anything we needed.
If you're visiting Zhangjiajie, I cannot recommend this homestay highly enough. Amazing rooms, fantastic location, free breakfast and transport, and some of the friendliest, most helpful staff we've ever met.
